Absolutely horrible. Came here last night for Valentine’s Day. Everything came out cold. The drinks tasted like they had no alcohol in them. Our waitress came to our table maybe twice the whole time. My boyfriends salad never came and they still put it on the bill, we had to ask for it to be taken off. Not worth the prices at all. Terrible service and food. The manager looked very stressed. Although we did not speak to her or complain, it seemed our experience was a universal one because the manager seemed to be getting called to many tables and looking stressed running around all night. Do not go here if u want a nice date night.

Place has so much potential… food is definitely rough I stayed at the hotel attached to the restaurant and was really hoping for a quick easy dinner after work. The food was either very very greasy, under cooked I got the cease salad… it was just lettuce with 3 cups of parmigiana and croutons no actual Cesar dressing kinda a red flag when you mess up a simple salad. I tried a few things and wasn’t impressed. The bar was there but staff wasn’t and if they were the beer on tap was usually empty or skunked. Had to stick with bottled beer. Don’t get me started on the breakfast… $20 for a buffet of watery eggs, sausages that taste kinda off and bacon so cooked it’s like tree bark. I’m all set I’ll just DoorDash if I get sent back to this hotel.

To start off my food was very bland then for the prices I couldn't believe it . Just thrown together . I couldn't even finish it . However , I called a manager and Mrs Carrie came and made sure I was straight . Her customer service and empathy alone is the reason I would step a foot back and try it again . She personally made sure I was good . They need more people there exactly like her .

I am only giving the 4 stars because I ordered the shrimp pasta and it took over 30 minutes to get and I was in hurry. Which is why I ordered shrimp to begin with because it shouldn't take that long to cook. Although it was delicious. I also loved that the manager was present and involved. Carrie was a pleasure to speak with and understanding.

We've been coming here for over ten years now and sadly it's getting older, service is ok. Food just isn't as fresh or as well made or exactly what is in the menu 😕 everything is OK, but it used to be great! I understand that there is not as many patrons and the staff are old friends. Maybe it's time to close?

I had a wonderful experience at Houlihan’s inside the hotel, thanks to the cook, Antelle. The shrimp 🍤 nachos and shrimp pasta 🍝 were absolutely delicious 😋 . The shrimp was cooked perfectly 👌 tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. You can tell that the dishes were prepared with great attention to detail!

The shrimp nachos were loaded, fresh, and balanced, while the shrimp pasta was rich, comforting, and cooked just right💕. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the quality of the food. Her cooking made the entire dining experience memorable, and I would happily order these dishes again! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved the food and the service was amazing! We ate in the private dining space for a birthday party and had a GREAT time, will definitely be coming here again!

We had a meeting in Houlihan’s private dining room and the entire experience was incredible. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And the Salmon Philly? Absolutely amazing!!!! Our group left impressed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Houlihan’s for both great food and outstanding hospitality!!!
