Had been wanting to try this place for a while and decided to give their set Valentine's Day menu a try. I knew going into it that alcohol wouldn't be an option and the cost was $75 per person (plus a 20% required gratuity).
The restaurant had poor ambiance and was brightly lit. The music playing was clearly off someone's phone so you could hear when notifications came through. Tacky. The table we were sat at was very wobbly, although we were offered to moved to another table after the guest currently occupying it left. Many other open tables were available. Regardless, we declined due to the hassle of moving. The tables and chairs were not of good quality, flet cheap, and was not what you would expect from a restaurant demonstrating higher menu prices.
What I found most frustrating was the special menu contained some regular menu items. The issue being, when you added the individual cost of those regular item appetizers, main courses, and dessert it was $24 less than the $75 they were charging. Which feels like being taken advantage of.
I wouldn't have considered the place busy, and while our waiter seemed stressed he was nice and the food came out in a timely manner. While my dishes were decent quality (but not great) not everything ordered by our party was. The dessert were incomplete and not as described on the menu. I had creme brulee that had not had the top caramelized or hardened, and my friends chocolate tort was missing the espresso and coffee beans. It really tasted like instant pudding in a store bought tort shell. The red velvet cheese cake tasted like the cardboard box it came from.
The whole experience was definitely not worth the $200 cost for two and I left feeling ripped off.
While we didn't complain to management, I felt it worth letting others know about our experience.

Visited for brunch while in the area and this will definitely be added to my regular rotation! We ordered the waffle board, biscuit board, and shared the shrimp and grits. Each dish tasted fresh with generous portions. The wait was short, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the Valentine’s backdrop was a nice touch. No alcohol currently, but the food alone makes it worth the visit and I would absolutely return.

The service was good but the food was “Meh”. I got the waffle plate, my bacon was room temp at best and the waffles seemed to be of the frozen type or were sitting for a while.
The bright spot were the chicken tenders they were very good. My wife had the Mango sunrise it was delicious. I was told on multiple occasions this was place. I’ll return maybe it was just not a good day.

Very disappointed!!! My wife and I had the Waffle board and pancake board pancake and Waffles were not fresh..seemed to be frozen and microwaved...more appropriate for a kids meal....overall quality was terrible....not going back...in comparison to other comparable Columbus spots, this was the only one we would not visit again.

I have been to a lot of restaurants and this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The service was ridiculous. It took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Many of their specials and regular menu items they were out of. The food we did get was horrible. Taste, price, portion size, was just ridiculous. I gave this restaurant 2 different tries and it got ridiculously worse each time. Never again will I ever set foot in this awful place that they call a restaurant. They were out of many many food items most of which they did not tell you until after the food was served. It was an awful experience an awful atmosphere and an awful service

I went to support a local restaurant. But it was a mistake , waiting for a hour before seated. Food was overcooked no plans to return.
Saw the post that the restaurant was struggling so we went to eat this weekend to help out. Waited an hour and 45 minutes and still had not received our food. Server barely checked in to update us. Tables seated after us got their food. Post said not having their liquor license affected them but I feel like there’s something else going on here lol. We left without eating. You can come here for the grave cost of 2 hours of your life :(

Went to Hudson's At Main Street this morning with my mother to support them through a rough time and we had the best brunch ever in Columbus, GA! Mom got the appetizer of Hudson's take on chicken mini and it was delicious drizzled in honey. We both loved this! I got a coffee flight that comes in 4 different flavors toasted marshmallow, cookie butter, vanilla, and butter pecan. The flavors change weekly so be sure to ask your server what they have, the toasted marshmallow is my favorite! I got the Georgia Biscuit Board as my meal and they changed the 7 mini biscuits to 5 regular size biscuits so you can load it up with chicken, sausage or bacon to make breakfast sandwiches. It comes with fresh fruit, berry jam, pimento cheese spread, and a delicious cinnamon butter spread.
Please if you are in the Columbus, Georgia area go out and support Hudson's At Main Street not only do they have great food but they have amazing upcoming themed events!

Fantastic food and amazing service. Zach our waiter was wonderful and also had a great conversation with the hostess (sorry, I didn’t get her name). We will definitely be back! Worth the prices!

We decided to give the place a try. We drove up and there was only one car by the restaurant. The open sign was on so we went on in. It was totally vacant. Not another guest at 7pm on a Friday night. The place was okay, nothing to complain about but not very welcoming, almost a warehouse feeling. The food was fine, I had shrimp and grits. She had roast chicken breast and asparagus. I asked if they had a bartender and the server explained that they were having trouble with their liquor license. But there is another review on here from 4 weeks ago and they didn't have one then. It doesn't take a month to renew a liquor license so something is going on. We are glad we tried it but we won't be going back.
