the absolute worst location in columbus!! DO NOT GO HERE! the service members always have an attitude except the sweet white lady at the door everyone else from the owner to the waitresses are RUDE. the food was NASTY black burnt and COLD. waiting over an hour for cold food???!

Today our family of 4 went in for lunch. My sausage links were very cold when served. The eggs for my son were missing the cheese. They charge 2.00 for cheese to be added. 1.00 per egg. My other sons eggs were not cooked to order. No credits were offered but we got billed for the wrong messed up order anyway. Disappointed to spend 70+ hard earned money on the wrong items.

I went with my boyfriend and we got Liz as a server. We ordered our food and a few minutes later Liz comes back to show something to my boyfriend. She showed him that we could get a free entree with a purchase of another entree and two drinks. We had no idea about that, completely missed the sign when walking in. Because of this we saved $17. We can't thank Liz enough for saving us that extra money. She was very sweet and provided excellent service. We would return to this location just to see her again.

Onion rings were soggy. Not cooked long enough. Service was decent. They charge a dollar for a small side of ranch which is ridiculous.

The staff and the wait for food were all wonderful and decent, the staff were kind and patient and helpful and they work quickly and were very efficient at keeping everybody happy but they might could attend the bathroom a little more often to maintain it and restock it. And they definitely need a new source for purchasing food because quite frankly whether I get a turkey sandwich or something with bacon the meat all comes extremely bland. And they absolutely 100% need a new source for eggs because every time I get eggs here I end up with a bloated and gassy stomach ache for a few days. Otherwise this was our brother's favorite IHOP while he stayed at fort Moore and we would travel past many places to eat just to go there and there was always ample parking.⭐⭐⭐
Vegetarian options: I would really hope that if you are truly a vegetarian and you know how to read and follow directions that when you see the vegan symbol next to eggs that you realize that eggs are meat. Also mayonnaise is not vegan unless it clearly states that it is vegan mayonnaise.⭐
Dietary restrictions: ⭐⭐⭐ Play accommodate for almost every kind of diet, and our generous with portions put their sources are a little bit questionable because they don't have organic options and every time I go here I usually end up getting sick with the stomach ache.
