Me and my friend just left after thee worst service. We waited to be seated for 20 mins only for one worker to walk past the host area MULTIPLE times, make eye contact with me and my friend and not help or even say someone will be with you shortly. Mind you it’s 6:00 and this place closes at 10. What a shame!!

My kids love IHOP. But maybe not now. We've been seated for 50 minutes and still don't have food. I ordered the food when I ordered drinks. This is really unacceptable. Pictures timestamped.

Great food, served fast and hot! The waitress Suzanne was outstanding. She focused on ensuring customers at multiple tables had exactly what they asked for and made great effort to be as personable as possible. It makes a true difference when an employee understands the employers mission or goals and then applies the appropriate action(s) to meet them. This is a family friendly place. The hostess does need a little reminder they are the face of the business and need to smile or speak kindly to each group of guests. The cook(s) did agn outstanding job, literally the best burger I've had in a very long time. The other members of my group were very pleased with the food as well. UPDATE: I just read other comments before mine was made, the hostesses being hired are the absolute problem for this specific location. PLEASE retrain them or fire those unwilling to do better.

The staff was courteous and kind from the moment we entered. The people on today's morning shift at the Columbus, Ga Veterans Parkway location are great for your morning team... everyone was efficient and helpful without being obtrusive. Best service I've had at an IHOP in a while.
