Great food, served fast and hot! The waitress Suzanne was outstanding. She focused on ensuring customers at multiple tables had exactly what they asked for and made great effort to be as personable as possible. It makes a true difference when an employee understands the employers mission or goals and then applies the appropriate action(s) to meet them. This is a family friendly place. The hostess does need a little reminder they are the face of the business and need to smile or speak kindly to each group of guests. The cook(s) did agn outstanding job, literally the best burger I've had in a very long time. The other members of my group were very pleased with the food as well. UPDATE: I just read other comments before mine was made, the hostesses being hired are the absolute problem for this specific location. PLEASE retrain them or fire those unwilling to do better.

The staff was courteous and kind from the moment we entered. The people on today's morning shift at the Columbus, Ga Veterans Parkway location are great for your morning team... everyone was efficient and helpful without being obtrusive. Best service I've had at an IHOP in a while.

Thanks, the main discrepancy I brought to the staff's attention on the 11th of January is two-fold; the biscuit and gravy was more like a glazed syrupy biscuit instead of a good sausage biscuit gravy. Also, the grits were atrocious with nothing but lumps and nothing like southern-style grits. It's a shame we've been coming to this location for over 20 years, and this was a total disgrace. I've eaten better meals at our US Army mess halls around the world for over three decades.

Shannon was our server, and she was great! She was prompt, helpful, and very sweet and upbeat. The food was delicious as always and came out very quickly. We never have a wait and are always seated right away. IHOP is a go-to for us on a Saturday or Sunday morning, or when out running errands and looking for a quick yet yummy meal.

We showed up at opening 20 plus people without calling ahead and they did an outstanding job. Amazing service. Thank you all definitely would go back but call day before to notify them.

I am here visiting my husband at Fort Moore. We came in with a group of 13 (10 soldiers in uniform and 3 civilians) over the weekend. The blonde hostess was incredibly rude about the large group, not even speaking a word when we told her the number. She made a face and walked away. She then glared at my toddler that bumped into her. Our sever, however, was FANTASTIC and sweet. Major props to her for handling such a large group the way she did.
The next day, my husband, son and I came to eat (just the three of us). The male host with glasses and brown curly hair didn’t even say good morning or hello. He greeted us with a straight face and said “don’t tell me you’re 10 again.” As if it would have been such an inconvenience if we were… I don’t realize this place didn’t like having business, and is so disrespectful to our military.
The servers are fantastic, but the host/hostesses need more training in customer service or perhaps jobs that do not deal with customers at all.
