Jamie is the KINDEST and most professional server. We had a big group for a girls night out. I’m also on an intense allergen free diet (no gluten, no egg, no dairy, no soy). Jamie was so kind, understanding, and patient with all of us. She helped me pick out something on the menu that was within my diet, double checked with the kitchen multiple times, and spoke with the chef and gave him a list of my allergens so they made sure it was something I could eat with no problems. She even spoke with me about cross contamination concerns. SO CONSIDERATE. This NEVER happens when I go out to eat. EVER. Jamie and Jarfly are truly the best, and it was my first stress free and enjoyable dining experience dealing with an allergen free diet that I’ve ever had. A HUGE THANK YOU to Jamie and Jarfly!!!

Made an account just to talk about how unreasonably bad my experience at Jarfly was.
I came in with another person and was seated in front of a family of 2 adults and 4 very young and loud children in a mostly empty restaurant that kept turning around to bang on the top of the booth I was at which ruined the vibe.
Service was unreasonably slow. It took around 30 minutes to get a burger (again, in a mostly empty restaurant).
The burger itself was overpriced for it's lacking quality. I could've just went to chillis for less money, with a far bigger and better burger. Additionally, I ordered a double patty for $17 but they came out with a single patty for $14 due to the server's lack of comprehension skills.
As a line cook that has worked as a server, runner, and busser there is no excuse. Everyone involved was not in it to win. Jarfly will not survive in this industry if this is normal behavior.

If you're a large military group or any other group looking to celebrate something, do not go to this place. My group had over 25 people, and they only assigned us one waiter. I had to wait 45 minutes before I was finally served, and even then, I didn't get a chance to order food. I ended up leaving with just a drink, and yet they still charged us a fee for being a large group.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Jarfly.
Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time—juicy, perfectly cooked, and insanely flavorful. The ghost pepper jelly takes it to another level: sweet, spicy, and addictive in the best way. Every bite hit.
The drinks were just as impressive—well balanced, fresh, and clearly made by people who care about what they’re pouring. Pair that with the amazing vibe of the space (cool, lively, but still relaxed) and this place easily stands out as one of the best restaurant atmospheres in Columbus, Georgia.
Service was top-tier. Huge shoutout to Yanna, our server—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made a great experience even better.
Food, drinks, service, and atmosphere are all absolutely on point. I’ll 100% be back.

Smash Burger was ok....but priced way to high for a small patty....for $18 I was thinking it was going to be a normal size burger you get at a fast food....but no....very small portions...I left there thinking we just got shafted....we won't be back...not worth the small portions.....fast food restaurant gives much bigger portions

If you love going to a restaurant just to sit there, not get served, and listen to bad pop music then this place is 5 stars for you. Myself on the other hand, like to eat food at restaurants, so if I could give it 0 stars, I would, but alas I am forced by society to give it at least 1 star. I sat there for 30 minutes in an empty restaurant without ever meeting my waiter/waitress. The hostess that sat us was so clueless she smiled and told us to have a nice day as we left through the front door.
The restaurant has an outdoor area where you can eat and play corn hole. Great service and food.

I haven’t been here in a couple of years and I went Friday night with my husband. I got the jarfly burger that I have always loved. I was so excited about this because since the menus have changed it has been kicked off the menu. Appetizer wasn’t fresh. My husband’s birria was soggy. Burger wasn’t the same and overloaded with goat cheese. Portions seem smaller as well? I ended up getting food poisoning. Never had that before and WOW it’s horrible😞 it really sucks that this place has gone downhill. We cherished this place since it was where we went on our first date. Won’t be going back.

Called in my order as I pulled into the driveway and because it was a slow day, I decided rather than take the food home, I would eat at the restaurant.. That's when the disaster began.. The host and the waitress and the bartender did not want me to sit at a table and eat my food but rather sit at the bar because it was a call in order.. I explain to them that I want it to relax at a table and eat my food versus taking it home or sitting at the bar...This created so much confusion with them and resulted in me having no waitress service while I sat there and ate my take out at a table... Matter of fact I had to ask for a plate to put the food on in order to eat it... worst experience and i'm never going back!!!

Very accommodating to our party of people and doggos. We were definitely a little needy and everyone was still so kind and helpful. They put on the specific game we were wanting to watch, let us move tables for more space, service was prompt and brought out water for our pups. Will return if we are in town again.
