Customer service at the pick up your order counter is horrible, the employees ask in a very rude manner what do you want, instead of 1st greeting you properly, then asking how may I help you today

Well I was expecting a really tasty deli sandwich I spent $19 for a turkey and bacon sandwich they squeeze the turkey on a hoagie bun which I'm okay with but they just threw the cheese on top of it and threw a piece of bacon on the top of each one not even incorporating it into the sandwich. The sandwich is dry literally tasteless. The plain Jane loaded potato salad was pretty good.
This is a great restaurant with a big salad bar and alot of other healthy options and free ice cream 🍦

Ordered a Muffaletta today and it was not good. The salami and cheese was old and not sliced thin. There was so much olive salad the bread was soggy. I was truly disappointed. It was just throw together with no care. The person fixing my sandwich would not have accepted what he prepared.

Manager John Faulk went above and beyond. Our Grand daughter ordered the salad bar and he charged us for a side salad. He explained he knows she wouldn't eat enough for the salad bar charge. My husband and I had the Southwestern bowl and it was very good.
