It may be great, but I'll never know. After standing in line for twenty five minutes and only getting halfway to the counter, I and my two grandchildren left. You lost twenty five dollars. Try having more than one person working to counter on a saturday afternoon.

I really really wanted to go here because I’m from New York and I really miss Italian icy’s and we were in the area for my daughters birthday weekend but I couldn’t find it. They had no signs we went to the right location but we had no idea where they were. They had no signs to advertise which building to go in. They had no signs to say hey we’re here it was night time so it wasn’t like we could really see much so we ended up just leaving.

What a cute little place to grab a treat! Its located downtown, pretty much the sweet spot of Columbus. I ordered a small S’more’s cup with chocolate ice, cookie butter, ice cream swirl, and Biscoff cookie butter crumbles. I’ve never had anything similar to this sort of ice cream/shaved ice desserts and it really works! The flavors were really different and the Biscoff cookie crumbles were my favorite part! I recently moved and there’s actually a location here as well! Highly recommend!

It's such a shame. I've spent hundreds at this location and tip every single time, but they won't see another dime from me. I asked for a sample today for the first time ever after years of patronage. The dude reacted like I had asked him for the shirt off his back and told me they are not allowed to, which is a bold faced lie. Employees always have had an attitude as if they're working for free, but I never expected service that poor.
