The young lady who helped me was very polite and respectful. There was a lot of thank yous, pleases, she can help me anytime we need more polite people's like her in the fast food places. Keep up the great work young lady. By the way the sandwiches was delicious!!!

This is hands down the best Jersey Mikes in Columbus! Kira is the absolute best and remembers our orders better than we do! One of our favorite company lunches.

I eat Jersey Mike’s fairly frequently. Usually at least a couple times a month. I typically go to the new Location in Phenix city or the Rollins way store. Today I wanted a sandwich and was right by the Woodruff Road location, so I went in and got my lunch. I don’t recall the young lady’s name who was working there, but she paid the absolute most attention to the detail of my sandwich. She made it to absolute perfection and was very attentive and polite. Just because of this, I will probably start to go to this location more and I always appreciate someone taking pride in what they do and offering a great product, service, and customer service.

I do not like assumption selling…. I have gone to this location consistently for a couple of years and never purchased a giant sandwich. Today, I was asked what I wanted after telling her I took two steps the freezer and person in charge had a giant piece of bread full of meat and cheese. I didn’trealy pay attention until the other person was placing additional topics on the sandwich. If I wanted to spend $25 for one person to eat, I would not have stopped at Jersey Mikes. Sadly, they just lost a customer at least at that location.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, and the quality really stands out compared to other sub shops. The employees are consistently friendly and patient — they always listen to my requests and make my sandwich exactly the way I want it.

It’s rare to find a place that combines great food with such attentive service, and Jersey Mike’s does both perfectly. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

ATTENTION!!!!!! Please food handlers be aware of what you are giving to your customers I ordered food and it had hair (idk maybe a eye lash or something) in it I’m sooooo disappointed because I love Jersey Mikes it’s my go to place outside of Publix where I get my sandwiches. Just ruined my appetite
