Well, I love Jersey Mike's. It took 30 minutes to make my 2 sandwiches and there was no one in front of me. I felt like we were pushing them to go. Sorry you hate your job. Should have gone to school.

I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich with extra meat and there's no extra meat! I asked for NO cheese and they were not good.

Store was super clean and there was a steady group of customers in there even though it was 30 minutes before closing. Unfortunately that’s where the positives ended. The person taking my order acted like I was more of an afterthought. I purchased 2 subs, one being a cheesesteak with no peppers but add mushrooms. It’s not just a dislike, I’m allergic to them. I asked to have mayo and the juice added but was told they didn’t do that. Still I went along. After I payed $39 with a tip for 2 subs, I got home and my cheesesteak was loaded with peppers and no mushrooms which I paid extra for. I tried scraping them out but it’s just too bound together with the meat. The store closes at 9, so I was unable to go and get the correct sub and eat with my family. So I had to throw mine out and make something else. Even if I get my correct order tomorrow, I’d have to purchase a second sub for my husband.

Dietary restrictions: When someone asks for something to be removed from the sandwich, care should be taken to do that. Some people have specific allergies or dietary restrictions.

These guys were great. We were on a long road trip to the beach and stopped for lunch. It was a little chaotic on our side, but the staff kept us straight and did a great job of putting our orders together.

I've eaten here a few times before always had a decent experience and the food was good. A few days ago I ordered two large subs for my family and there was hair in both subs. I spent $39 and honestly, it was a waste because we threw out both subs. I filled out the comment section on the website and I was told someone would reach out to me about my experience. Haven't received any communication. So it seems they don't care about it. Don't think I'll be returning to this establishment.

This was my first time eating here. The staff was great but I was not impressed with my sandwich. I had a tuna sub with a little mayonnaise, jalapeños, lettuce, and Bana peppers. The bread was not as fresh as it should have been, in my opinion, and the tuna was not mixed well. I had heard so many good things about this chain, but I don't think I'll be back.

My wife and I stopped by for an early lunch. Customer service was top tier. I was not able to catch both names of the gentlemen but both were very courteous and attentive. Went over different options regarding sandwich toppings and which menu item would fit our wants. This was my first time at this location and I’ll for sure be back! My food also didn’t make it home it smelled so good I made my wife drive so I could eat.

Great lunch experience on our way to the beach. Super nice staff, food was so good! Restaurant and restrooms were very clean. I got roast beef and provolone sub in a tub - delicious and put together so carefully. Hubby got deluxe club on a sub. He was happy. Definitely going to be our go-to for Sunday lunch on the road.

The place and atmosphere is ideal, and I do like their food. I ordered online, and I asked for steak and cheese with lettuce tomatoes, black olives, and pickles. I got a steak and cheese with Jalapenos, that's it. I was just thrown off after that.
