My most recent visit was awesome. There were two employees there were the best that had a sense of urgency and completed orders in a timely manner. I complimented them on their teamwork and was very impressed.

I must say my very first experience with the gentleman who is the lead was very unfavorable I did avoid him making my orders. But he redeemed himself on this visit.

Horrible customer service I was skipped over in line and ignored because the employee was to busy trying to talk to the girl that came in after me.

I order a sub from this location to be doordash. When I received my order my bread was super hard. I contacted the store to advise them of the dissatisfaction with my order. After explaining, the young lady's response was “Yeah ok” I paused because I just knew that was NOT her response to an unhappy customer. My reply was is that all you got to say? So in other words you knew the bread was hard before packaging it and sending it to me? I had to drive to the store for a replacement as contacting Doordash would not give me a full refund. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced.

Philly steak was great. Andrew and Jaden were working this evening and we're extremely friendly and efficient. The food was good but the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend this location.

I absolutely loved Andrew the assistant GM & Jaden the crew member at the Midland location. Both were polite and friendly to my daughter and I. They definitely made us feel welcomed and at home. They were clean, swift and on point with their service. I will definitely be back and bring more people with me. The conversation alone was enough for me to return. But the establishment is clean and well kept. We ordered the #3 & #7.

I don’t know who was working at 8:30 on 8-3-2024, but by the time I got home with my sandwich……I opened it and had the BEST Smokey Southwestern Cheese Ever! My compliments to the chef. Seriously. It was awesome.

Parking: Probably a few hundred parking spots.

First time at Jersey Mikes in a long time. The sandwich was fine. I prefer Subway as they have olives and cucumbers. Service was VERY slow. They were making what were apparently online orders instead of serving the customers that were actually in the store. I know slicing the meat for each sandwich is part of their schtick but it really slows down the process. There was a Now Hiring sign outside the store offering $12 @ hour plus tips. If I order my food standing up, get my own beverage and clear my own table, I keep the tip.
