My daughter and I went in to order sandwiches today (3/1/2025 at around 4:15 pm), and I was shocked at how rude the male employee with the pony tail was to my daughter when she was trying to order her sandwich. She is 9 and wanted to order her own sandwich instead of me ordering for her. She practiced her order several times before she got up there. When it was her turn to order he immediately started rolling his eyes once he found out she would be ordering it herself. She was speaking clearly and loudly but he kept interrupting her in a condescending tone saying he couldn’t hear her, and continued to roll his eyes. I could maybe understand if it was super busy and she was holding up a line, but there was only one other customer and he was still looking at the menu. All she wanted was a ham and bacon sandwich too, so it’s not like she was giving a super complicated order.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but it was really uncomfortable.

Our family visited this location Sunday morning. We were welcomed very poorly. No intentions to satisfy the request of the customer is a red flag for me. This young man ( pony tail and glasses) was very rude and inattentive. 0 customer service skills, definitely the wrong person to be the face of this establishment.

Terrible Experience – Very Disappointed

On February 1, 2026, at approximately 11:25 AM, I visited the Jersey Mike’s in Midland, Georgia with my family of six, and it was a very disappointing experience.

It started when my daughter asked to build her sandwich. There were only two employees working, one male and one female. The male employee stood with his arms crossed and made no effort to acknowledge us or assist. His attitude was unwelcoming and dismissive from the moment we walked in.

The situation was uncomfortable enough that we decided to walk out. This is the first time I’ve ever had an issue at a Jersey Mike’s, which made this experience even more disappointing.

Customer service matters, especially for families. Management should be aware of how customers are being treated at this location.

I went to the new location by Flatrock today Saturday around 2:20 pm and the man with the ponytail was so rude. The lady was ok eventhough she got my sandwich wrong. Let's hope is better next time.🙂
If it isn't better, We ll probably stop eating at this place😥

Although I like their subs, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, the young guy making the sub, no customer skills. When someone asks a question, you answer nicely, not just stand like and ignore me.

So I’ve been frequenting this establishment for some months now since they opened. Their service has been exemplary since day one and, uncharacteristically of most places in Columbus, they have managed to maintain that level of customer service and rapport that far exceeds almost everywhere else I’ve been here. Chloe, specifically, seems to take the time to get to know the customer and my experience feels tailor made every time, and it doesn’t ever feel like I’m stopping by to do business but visiting friends and getting something along the way, which invariably holds higher intrinsic value than just these g.a.f. Sammiches!

First time coming to Jersey Mike's! When we walked in, it was incredibly busy with lots of customers and online orders going through. However, Justice was on it with getting everything done all while offering incredible customer service and a happy smile. I've never seen someone so efficient and positive while working under so much pressure! Loved his attitude and speed despite how many orders were coming in. As for the food, it was very fresh and delicious. Amazing guy, amazing food!!

I ordered through the app. I got there and they were extremely busy. I had to wait a minute for my order, but all their employees are extremely nice. My food was excately what I ordered and was awesome. This store is great!!!!

I always feel so welcome anytime I come to this location, and today didn’t disappoint! My order is usually a bit difficult cause I’m picky, but all three workers in store (their names are Jaden Chloe and Justice!!) accommodate me so well! They were so patient and kind to all my requests, especially following a difficult customer. I highly recommend this location!!
