So I’ve been frequenting this establishment for some months now since they opened. Their service has been exemplary since day one and, uncharacteristically of most places in Columbus, they have managed to maintain that level of customer service and rapport that far exceeds almost everywhere else I’ve been here. First time coming to Jersey Mike's! When we walked in, it was incredibly busy with lots of customers and online orders going through. However, Justice was on it with getting everything done all while offering incredible customer service and a happy smile. I've never seen someone so efficient and positive while working under so much pressure! Loved his attitude and speed despite how many orders were coming in. As for the food, it was very fresh and delicious. Amazing...
