One of the worst I’ve ever had! Ordered a turkey sandwich which they now don’t put cheese on it(it’s extra) but let me tell you I had 2 very thin slices of turkey, lettuce, and tomato with mustard. My sandwich was all mustard, very little meat and for the same price as Publix. Let me tell you go to Publix for your next sandwich, a lot more meat and fixings with a lot better attitude and service. This Jimmy John’s can close up as far as I’m concerned!!

Ordered a Giant Sub through the app for pickup and the experience couldn’t have been easier. When I arrived at the store, my order was ready in just about two minutes. While I waited, I noticed the store was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The sandwich itself was made to order and tasted great. The bread looked and tasted fresh, and everything was put together just the way I expected. No issues at all from start to finish—quick, fresh, and exactly what you want from Jimmy John’s.

I ordered through the drive through and my order was not correct. I was frustrated because this was the second time in a row my order was wrong but the manger stepped in right away and offered to remake my sandwich and she did and nailed it. She even gave us some chips and cookies.

I have no idea what happened to this location. Expect to wait in drive thru a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Then when you get to the window- they don't acknowledge you until they are finished making a sandwich. I started going inside and you will see 3-4 employees and only one person truly working. I used to LOVE this place- but it has truly gone downhill with no improvement in sight. In fact - I asked to add bacon and the girl told me it's an extra $8.

Had an awful experience. Posted a review and the Jimmy John’s posted how to submit a form. I did that almost 3 weeks ago. No one responds or contacts me. It’s a horrible way to run a business.

Ordered a catering order 4 days in advance. It was 2 of the 30 1/3 sandwiches. Pick up window 10:45-11. Arrived little after 11 and they hadn’t even begun the order. Took 30 minutes of waiting for it. Not only did we leave work on lunch to get the order, but it’s for a group lunch and it is now really late. After paying a a lot for this catering, I don’t see how this is acceptable at all.
I would just like to say no one has contacted us. I filled out the form like I was instructed via the comment. That was weeks ago. Apparently they don’t care about customers.

Shania made the BEST sandwiches we'd ever had at any Jimmie John's before. One was a toasted sandwich and one was a lettuce wrap....AMAZING!!!! She was very sweet as well!!!! Every Jimmy John's needs a Shania!!!! This store was in Columbus, GA. Our Jimmie John's in Foley, AL sucks!
