I places a mobile order and took my time coming to get ot so they could have time to make it. I pull uo to the drive through no one responds..so I go to the window thinking “maybe they are closed”…WRONG they were hiding in a blind spot not taking or making orders. I finally get my sandwich and it was just thrown together and they didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. this was at about 2:30 and they had a full staff.

I typically use the app to place an order which I usually pick up in the drive thru bc it’s easy and have never had any issues in the past. Something has changed in the last few months bc the last time I came I waited at the speaker for a good five minutes and nobody responded, I even pulled up to the window and sat for a few minutes only to have all 3 employees inside completely ignore me despite 2 of them looking directly at me. Ended up having to go inside to get my order since I’d already paid. At that point just don’t have a drive thru if you’re not gonna acknowledge it? Haven’t been back since.
I am a regular customer that orders through the app and the app said I can get a free cookie. I mentioned it when I got to the drive thru to pick up my order and the lady said it was in there. I didn't double check, went with what she said. I get home and it's not in there. I call them and said I didn't receive my free cookie. She told me to come back and get it. I said no, it should have been in the bag. I said take it off the app that I recieved it so I can do so at another time. "We can't do that." Anyways, they don't honor the rewards that are in the app so I will no longer be a customer there again.

After waiting almost 20min at the drive-thru window for a turkey sandwich, with 2 toppings, I received a sandwich but it was not what I ordered. How hard is tomatoes and mustard only? I threw the sandwich away, keep the money. You lost a customer today.
