JL Japanese Express

My daughter wanted to go to JL express, so we did. It's more of an order to go place but we ate inside. The lady there was very nice,and the food was pretty good.

$18 scallop dinner came with 8 pieces of thin scallop with 2 lbs of rice. no way of contacting them without driving back up there

I love JL Japanese Express. Their sushi rolls are always a decent size for the price compared to other restaurants. Personally I love the Shrimp Tempura Rolls and Snow Crab Rolls. Everyone is always nice, and when I order online, it never takes long to receive my food. Honestly, this restaurant is my happy place.

Quiet and clean place, quick & friendly service, and reasonable prices. I got the sweet potato roll and sesame balls which came out to about $12. The sweet potato rolls have a mild sweet and savory flavor, and the sesame balls have the classic, deep fried crispy outside with a chewy and sweet interior filled with red bean paste. The bathroom was nice and clean, too.

Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegetarian options, but they don't seem as complex as the meat options.
