I love JL Japanese Express. Their sushi rolls are always a decent size for the price compared to other restaurants. Personally I love the Shrimp Tempura Rolls and Snow Crab Rolls. Everyone is always nice, and when I order online, it never takes long to receive my food. Honestly, this restaurant is my happy place.

Quiet and clean place, quick & friendly service, and reasonable prices. I got the sweet potato roll and sesame balls which came out to about $12. The sweet potato rolls have a mild sweet and savory flavor, and the sesame balls have the classic, deep fried crispy outside with a chewy and sweet interior filled with red bean paste. The bathroom was nice and clean, too.Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegetarian options, but they don't seem as complex as the meat options.

The hibachi (teriyaki) salmon dinner was very nice and a generous portion of salmon. The side salad lettuce was cool and crisp. This is the place to go for Salmon Hibachi (Teriyaki)!

I have them for lunch every day that I work. They are super cheap but tasteful. The yum yum roll has me in a tight hold. I don't like the sauce in the hibachi dishes but I order them without the sauce and I pour the yum yum sauce in and its so good. The service and food quality was just okay. The don't give you enough salad dressing or yum yum sauce, every thing was an extra charge. I think they found the world's smallest plastic containers....lol.

Chose this place because of the good reviews, and so glad I did. I got the orange chicken bento box and it’s a LOT of food (soup, salad, fried rice, dumping, Japanese egg roll and 3 pieces of a Cali roll). Everything had great flavor, the staff was friendly, and the food came out quick. Highly recommend.
