“If you're looking for a great and clean eat come here. They have fresh pressed juices, freshly made acai bowls, vegetarian food, seamoss, and much more. They also have a friendly staff and cozy waiting area. I will continue getting my bowls here for sure.“

“While I recommend Ride on Smoothies. I did have an issue with customer service. I usually call and prepay before picking up my beverage. Today, I went online to reserve my beverages. It was not available. I called the store and was told it was a mistake and they had plenty! I told her I was en route. I arrived and of course, it's Saturday and the parking is hectic! I called and asked if I can prepay and have someone to run my package out to me. I'm told know after a text from the manager. They don't do that. What?! It's always been done. I said, okay, I'll put my hazards lights on, run in quickly, and be done. I see new employees. She explains to me that it's busy and she couldn't come out to meet me. I'm confused, because you told you don't do it anymore. I have anxiety and a disability. This is why I do this. I was annoyed! Do better Ride on Smoothies & Juice Bar.“

“They always have huge variety and if you still can't find what you want you can customize with the flavors you want. Everyone at this location are so kind, caring and fun. Their customer service is top notch and so are their personalities. I highly recommend Columbus Nutrition and always will. Please come visit if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed.“

“The açaí bowl I received didn’t seem to be fully prepared - the açaí was like a frozen brick. I think the staff missed a step or they need to improve the quality. Besides that, the atmosphere was pleasant and the employees were friendly.“

“They only problem I have is that they charge $10 for a tea when other places charge from $7 to $8 dollars. That the only reason I stop going there.“

“Jaylen, who opens the store each morning is an awesome employee for this location! He is always very friendly, prompt and courteous when I go through this drive thru only location. I stop by 3-4 mornings each work week for my breakfast smoothie, and he has always offered incredible service. I wish there were more employees like him at every food service business! This Smoothie King location is blessed to have such a great young man as an employee.

My only complaint is that because I pay with a card, I don't get the option to tip him for offering such great service, as I never carry cash on me. At other Smoothie King locations in town, with inside service, I get the option to tip. Please figure out a way for us drive thru patrons to leave a tip for great service.“

“All of the staff except for one girl are really nice. I've been on multiple occasions and received excellent service every time except for here. She's here today and basically just nice to everyone but me. The teas and coffees are tasty. Personal favorite is the cocoa lava slush with popping coffee boba.“
