-We had the jerk chicken wings with Mac and cheese and potato salad the chicken was great , tender & flavorful. The sides we didn’t like the Mac & cheese no flavor noodles mushy, potato salad to watery and sweet. Service and wait time was great!
I had high expectations for this place because it was a smaller establishment. We ordered online and were a little late to pick up because we were waiting at the bank, we got there and they told us there was no oxtail today. So we altered our ordered. After waiting some time for the food, the Mac and cheese was cold, the rice was undercooked and the chicken was average. Might try it again another day, but today just wasn’t the day.
By far the nicest customer service I've experienced in all of Columbus. I ordered online and when I pulled up to receive the food they had explained that there was an issue with the online ordering and that they had run out of the Jerk Chicken. They apologized for the inconvenience and insisted on making a plate extra special as an accomodation. Aside from the beyond excellent service, the food was outstanding. As long as you order over the phone or in person, I highly recommend...
