KFC in Columbus

“I’m impressed with the service at this KFC. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the manager informed me that they were out of lids and regular size cups. Immediately she offered to copy me an item, and I suggested an extra side would do just fine. Food was great, probably will be back. Beat expectations for KFC.“

“I just had the best chicken of my LIFE from this location today. Customer service was top tier. I wish I knew names but there were 2 males in drive thru. I’m On my way! To Albany and this chicken still hot boo. I’m singing y’all praises.“

“We typically enjoy KFC meals but today the food was nasty tasting. Seemed like I was tasting the power mop. Mashed potatoes recipe must have been changed recently, I'll never order them again. Customer service was non existent today, no hello, welcome, thankyou, not anything and yes, I did greet them with a friendly hello first. This is 100% opposite from my visit just last week, different location.😒“

“1/08/25 I drove in drive-thru .The special on Chicken was 7 pcs for $9.99 .The drive-thru cashier applied there's no original Chicken. I agree with crispy. I arrived home ,to find I only received 5 pcs if Chicken. The manager Nicole's were not respectful. Which I had to drive 5 miles both ways. America we have to fight for every thing we pay for . Do better KFC“

“I ordered two 5 pieces of fried chicken one 5 piece hot the other original, two biscuits a large coleslaw and a Pepsi. Exact amount was $16.33. Everything was prompt and they was courteous. Get home and I go to fix family plates and there’s no coleslaw. So I call the store someone picked up and hung up Thai happened twice. So I will stop by there tomorrow and speak with manager. So i will give and review on How the manager reacts tomorrow.“
