They take so long to give you food no matter if it's your personal order , ubereats , door dash etc. it really don't make no sense to make people wait this long every time we come here. Even when the store isn't busy. And nobody has customer service the customers or the manager even greets you and take forever to even ask you what you came in for.

I hate writing reviews like this but just being Honest I hate coming here being busy isn't an excuse I sat at the ordering window for over 10min & had to repeat my order at least 5times cause the order taker was having a personal conversation & just not listening the food was good but cold I know it's fast food but even in this industry you should be professional. Telling jokes & trying to customer's in on the inside work jokes I'd cool but do your job 1st it's not funny when the service slacks off. I suggest corporate retrains the entire night time crew even managers they are polite & apologetic so firing them isn't necessary they need direction & a strong leader to keep them on course IMO

Hadnt had KFC in years, made a last minute decision to grab dinner from the drive through around 7pm and I dont remember KFC being this good. Got a 12 pc family meal, took maybe 5 min to grab, and the chicken and biscuits were delicious.

While trying to place a ‘to go’ order from inside the store, I was not greeted by the employee who saw me enter into the store. After waiting several minutes no one address and I had to ask was there a manager to which still I received no service. This is the second issue with this location within a month. They previously had my order wrong and did not correct the situation….I’ll cook my own chicken before I pay for no service!
Consistently mediocre but today's experience takes the cake. Not only did we wait for 25 minutes for our 12 pc bucket meal but the chicken pieces were ridiculously small and sides were under filled. We had to go in to get it after 25 minutes of waiting because the manager "forgot" about us after telling us to pull around the building. We could see our order flashing red on the screen while the whole store was empty.With so many other chicken fast food options available within a 10 min drove don't waste your money because driving somewhere else will be faster than waiting for your overpriced and under filled food here.

This the worse store.... they don't be in no rush to get your food out. Ordered online and the e-mail said your order ready. Get to the store and still ended up waiting like 30 minutes outside the store, just for a 8 piece smh. Plus they locked the door before 9 and u can't walk in.

Worst KFC in Columbus …went there and they gave me old food…asked the manager what they could do to fix it..his reply ..give me the same thing I ordered when I stay on the north side and had to drive all the way back over that way to pick it up..rude customer service also.
