I just left this location and got the pot pie meal. This was absolutely the worst 😫 food ever. My normal location on Milgen rd was closed. The pot pie had absolutely no juice in in whatsoever. It was very hot I guess it was overcooked or reheated. The apple dessert was also very dry and tasted stale. The tea even tasted stale. I'm very disappointed and hope this was just a bad experience. The staff was friendly.

I love KFC however every time I get chicken from them I always have to bring it back home and cook it more because its always somewhat soggy, not completely cooked and the breading is always never fully cooked. So I prepare myself to finish cooking the chicken at home. I always get the original because I'm afraid to get the crispy chicken for fear the outside will be crispy and the inside not fully cooked and I don't want to get salmonella poisoning from the chicken. I would never order their mashed potatoes and gravy because I tried to order the mashed potato poppers which they were out of because the delivery didn't come but they still gave me the gravy for dipping lol and once I looked at the gravy that was enough for me to know not to order anything that requires gravy from them I'll stick to the coleslaw and maybe fries. I try to only go to them on Tuesday for the $10 deal which is probably why the chicken is not fully cooked. But I learned from an employee that they cook their chicken the night before and heat it up the next day so there isn't a long wait but I don't think that works for them because when its busy you still have a long wait.

I’m impressed with the service at this KFC. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the manager informed me that they were out of lids and regular size cups. Immediately she offered to copy me an item, and I suggested an extra side would do just fine. Food was great, probably will be back. Beat expectations for KFC.

Everyone was texting about how great the Crispy Fried Chicken is at KFC on Manchester Expressway. I had to go check it out. Visited it on Feb. 25, 2025 around 5:30PM in the evening. What a treat. I ordered 8 piece for 10, Large coleslaw, 4 fluffy biscuits. It was so many folks wanting the same KFC chicken we had to wait in the parking lot. That says how good the food is. The Service was remarkable, polite,very professional. Dorion was the cashier,a nice young gentleman with long hair brought my order to the car. The chicken was Delicious, hot, ready to enjoy. Great meal for the evening! I will be returning very soon. Thank you!
First I asked for half crispy/original. They said no crispy for 30 minutes but seen them serve it to drive through customers. Food was straight garbage, chicken batter on the original wasn't fully cooked " doughy/mush" and fries were "cold & stale". Stomach went threw he'll for just eating some pieces. BIG... Negative!!
