This has to be the worst KFC in Columbus, GA (South Lumpkin) for service. Majority of the time staff do not care if you standing there ready to order. They will walk by you dragging their feet and not acknowledge you. Today is my absolute last time going there. I will say not everyone is the problem, I have come across cashiers that do their job and acknowledge you within a minute of being there.

There were no issues with the service. My issue was specifically with the food. It was cold, and chicken tenders were super salty and way overcooked. Not the quality I was expecting, same comments about the fries.

My wife and I went to this KFC today. We ordered the 8 piece bucket thigh and leg bucket. We got home and opened the bucket of chicken and the 8 pieces were so small they barely covered the bottom of the bucket. I had to count them because they were so small. Is KFC now using adolescent chickens instead of full grown adult chickens?
Our cashier though, was the sweetest person EVER!

We drove up a few minutes before closing (unknown to us) and ordered a bucket. They made it hot and fresh! Although we were apologizing, they were happy to serve. Food was great!

On two separate occasions, after ordering drive thru I had to wait in excess of 20 minutes just to have the order be incorrect resulting in a refund having to be given. 0 customer service skills, do yourself a favor and go to Popeyes.
I ordered a 12 piece mail which supposed to come with 3 sides, which I ask for too mashed potatoes and one macaroni and cheese. All I got was my chicken and biscuits. I got charged for all of it. When did the crispy chicken only come in spicy?

I ordered 12 piece thigh and legs bucket. I did t get that, I got the one breasts and wings which I can’t stand. The corn I ordered like it was old. It was shriveled. I tried a kernel and it was so tough and inedible. I spent $50 and didn’t get what I ordered.
