I ordered two 5 pieces of fried chicken one 5 piece hot the other original, two biscuits a large coleslaw and a Pepsi. Exact amount was $16.33. Everything was prompt and they was courteous. Get home and I go to fix family plates and there’s no coleslaw. So I call the store someone picked up and hung up Thai happened twice. So I will stop by there tomorrow and speak with manager. So i will give and review on How the manager reacts tomorrow.

I recently visited KFC and it was a pretty big letdown. To start, my order was completely messed up – I received the wrong items, which was frustrating. But the problems didn't stop there. The food I did get was cold and, even worse, it wasn't fully cooked. This made for a really unpleasant meal. On top of everything else, there were black particles coming out of the soda dispenser, which is definitely not something you want to see when you're trying to enjoy a drink with your meal. Overall, it was a bad experience and I'm not sure I'll be going back anytime soon.

They have roaches I contacted KFC corporate for a refund from a delivery order I made and they refused a refund. I will never do anymore business with this location. I went to health department and I guess I will have to charge back at my bank for refund. I guess they expected me to eat contaminated food.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I stopped coming to this location a year ago, and I thought I’d see if they had made any improvements and the unfortunate truth is that they got worse. Ordered in the app. The app said it was ready. Showed up with children in the car on the way to pick up the rest. Waited for hour. Received no refund or food. Been on the phone with customer service for some assistance. I should have known much much better.
This has to be the worst KFC in Columbus, GA (South Lumpkin) for service. Majority of the time staff do not care if you standing there ready to order. They will walk by you dragging their feet and not acknowledge you. Today is my absolute last time going there. I will say not everyone is the problem, I have come across cashiers that do their job and acknowledge you within a minute of being there.

My wife and I went to this KFC today. We ordered the 8 piece bucket thigh and leg bucket. We got home and opened the bucket of chicken and the 8 pieces were so small they barely covered the bottom of the bucket. I had to count them because they were so small. Is KFC now using adolescent chickens instead of full grown adult chickens?
Our cashier though, was the sweetest person EVER!
