This place needs new and better management ASAP. The employees are clearly not managed properly by the way they yell at each other and are just as rude to customers. Terrible service aside, the food is clearly not fresh. Our entire meal tasted stale and greasy. The restaurant is filthy and the employees themselves all look like they could use a shower. I tried giving this location a second chance but I definitely won't be coming back for a third. Whoever is managing this place needs to take pride in managing a clean and welcoming restaurant with fresh food that actually tastes good. Retrain your employees to behave professionally.

Placed an online order for pick up at this location through the KFC app. When we arrived it was not ready, which was fine. We stayed and waited about 15 minutes then asked the man at the front if our order was ready we had placed around 30 minutes ago. He asked our name and looked and said it had already been picked up for door dash by a man and woman. We informed him we did not use door dash we used the KFC app. He stated they don’t use the app and door dash got it and offered no solution. We would have happily taken a refund or waited again to let them remake the order it was just sorry it’s gone bye. So if you want to actually get the food you pay for do not come here. They don’t check who picks up the food and will let anyone take it or possibly not make it at all.

Not the place for the family dinner. Workers on break outside blazing smelled like a Bob Marley concert. I don’t care what people do on their time but you can’t do that on the job and walk back to the door while smoking it with customers around come on. No body wants to smell that going through the drive thru.

Chicken tasted like some kind of cleaning fluid and the size of the pieces was a joke. The mashed potatoes tasted like paste. Biscuits and the coleslaw were decent. Didn't get my senior citizen discount. We will not be back!!!

$47 for a 12 piece meal and chicken tenders!!!!! And everything had evidently been under the heat lamp for hours and hours, could not even bite thru a tender it was so hard. Never see my business again. Do better.

How can you run out of chicken, when the main item that you sell is chicken!?! Waiting an additional 19 minutes for an original chicken breast after going through the drive-thru is unacceptable.

I will never eat at this location again. The staff was rude and the food was horrible. The food was not placed in the box with care and to top it off the biscuit look like someone bald it up then threw it in the box.
If could have gave them a zero I would have.

We typically enjoy KFC meals but today the food was nasty tasting. Seemed like I was tasting the power mop. Mashed potatoes recipe must have been changed recently, I'll never order them again. Customer service was non existent today, no hello, welcome, thankyou, not anything and yes, I did greet them with a friendly hello first. This is 100% opposite from my visit just last week, different location.😒

Placed my order of 3 drum sticks, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and was told to pull around front. We waited for 25 mins and they brought out an order to a car that had pull in front of us to wait on their food also, about 15 mins after we pulled in.
My husband went in and they said they forgot about us.
There weren’t any other customers there!
They didn’t try to make it up to us in any way. Just said oh sorry, we forgot about you!

We were missing food items on our visit. Employees were sitting in the dining area eating food from another restaurant. They were on their cell phones. I will not dine here again as this was my first time.
