I made a online order on 8-6-2025. I went and picked up my order drove a hour home. As my family was eating we noticed that the chicken was undercooked it wasn't just a piece of chicken it was everything in the bucket that was undercooked. I now have a sick son and a sick husband that now has salmonella poisoning. I am very unhappy I have reached out to kfc head office and the health department and have not heard anything from kfc head office. I tried to call the store and use unable to speak with anyone. I am very upset. I understand things happen but allowing undercooked meat to leave your store is not right. I have also emailed the BBB to let this issue be known.

Service was horrible lady with long black & blonde braids was very unprofessional and rude and not wearing gloves when fixing food, none of the employees had gloves on when handling food, literally seen an employee had her thumb inside bowl while making coleslaw & also stood at the counter 15 min waiting to order they had over 8 or 9 employees behind the counter just really concerned about the drive thru..

Apparently they aren’t expecting people to come in at 6:00 pm wanting fried chicken. Told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes for them to cook chicken and prepare sides. 8 employees, 1 customer, no food. More than one occasion. I’d recommend another location.

1/08/25 I drove in drive-thru .The special on Chicken was 7 pcs for $9.99 .The drive-thru cashier applied there's no original Chicken. I agree with crispy. I arrived home ,to find I only received 5 pcs if Chicken. The manager Nicole's were not respectful. Which I had to drive 5 miles both ways. America we have to fight for every thing we pay for . Do better KFC

KFC MILGEN ROAD COLUMBUS GA DECEMBER 19th 2024 We ordered an eight piece meal with cole slaw, mashed potatoes and Gravy. When we sat down at home to eat we had no mashed potatoes or gravy. Manager promised a replacement meal. This promise was not honored. KFC has only a few items on their menu to serve. How do they mess that up? INCOMPETENCE!

I ordered dinner here tonight and got three pieces of chicken and a side. The chicken tasted awful because it had been fried in old grease. When you ate it, that's all you could taste was the grease.
