I ordered dinner here tonight and got three pieces of chicken and a side. The chicken tasted awful because it had been fried in old grease. When you ate it, that's all you could taste was the grease.

My pot pie was dry and old. I was unable to eat it.
Everytime i go i always have to wait...makes no sense..i can see if it happens once in a while but darn near everytime. It is not fast food if u have to wait. When u get off work n u go to a fastfood place to get something fast to eat but then u r told 10-15 min wait. No thank u

I come here all the time. Tonight a male employee around 7:12 was running the drive thru. On April 25th. His customer service was so nasty and rude. I usually never have problems here. I wanted oder the 20 dollar deal with 6 PC. On the menu it says 4 individual sides. But does not list what they are. So I tried to order the sides and he cuts me off says can't change the sides. I said on the menu it just says individual sides not what they are. He so busy trying to over talk me saying my manager said that in a very rude tone yelling. I said what are the sides cause it doesn't list any sides. He responds ohhhhhhh now you want to ask me what the sides are being very childish and immature. At that point I had to drive off. I went to Popeyes instead.

This restaurant stole my money and did not deliver my order. Completely unresponsive when I tried to get the attention of the workers.
