I was just in the drive thru at the Columbus, Ga @7:03pm 24 June 2020 located on Veterans Drive. The young lady at the window was so rude, when she answered the speaker she said "one second" so I said "I'm sorry excuse me" and she said "I said one second" so I replied how about saying "just one moment please." When she came back, she said "go ahead with your order," so I did. When I got to the window, she swung the window open and said $8.45 (I think). I asked if she was ok, and did the car in front of you get her flustered? She was still rude, and said "what!... I'm blessed, fine and wonderful." I told her not with that attitude because she has treated me rude from the moment I pulled up, and that I would be calling her manager." I ended up driving away without my order and having to go to Wild Wing Cafe to get something to eat. I'm discussed with the treatment I received and her behavior. You guys really need some customer training. Even on a bad day, none of that was ok...none of it. I hope the guy standing behind her with the apron on told her to treat the customers better. I really hope he wasn't the shift manager allowing the customers to be treated like that.

The worst KFC in town. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way then deal with that place. Horrible food and horrible service.They always make you wait even when you order online and it’s always 20 minutes. The manager does not care and neither does the staff.

First I wish I could give them a ZILLION ZEROS... this is the WORST KFC IN HISTORY AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN... I came here on last night and the food olé my goodness... the bones in the chicken BLACK... the chicken was so hard I could’ve throw it throw a window and broke it... the only thing that look remotely okay to eat was the mash potatoes... I called last night and they stated they would replace my food.. REPLACE THE FOOD... How about you give me my money back and replace the food... I promise you I wish I could drop these pictures I took of this food... I came up this morning and the manager Theresa stated she needed my receipt... LADY, they didn’t give me one of those last night however I can give you my debit card I used to get this mess... I called and spoke with corporate and waiting for a call back... this isn’t something I’m going to simply sit down on... THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED FOR GOOD!! I should’ve drive away when I noticed no one in the parking lot last night!!!
