Haven't lived in Columbus, GA for awhile, one of the workers charged me $0.55 for a water cup. Maybe times are that hard or I got scammed, but he did give me a sausage, egg, and cheese bowl.

Food was awful my husband wasn't feeling went to Krystal to chilli and just 1 Krystal when we return back to our hotel to eat the chilli looked like it had been sitty for days somewhere my husband actually stuck a fork in and it stood up.It was dark and clumped.The Krystal wasn't any better.Usually if they are fresh and hot they are pretty good but nothing seem fresh in this case.

My hamburger and fries were hot, fresh and delicious per usual. And the sweet tea was on point, she had just made it. I drive from Phenix City just to eat at this one in Columbus.

We came to this location because it had better/more positive reviews than the other Krystal locations, but after we ordered at the drive thru, I was asked to park in the lot and they would bring out my food. I've been sitting in the lot for almost 15 minutes and no food yet!!! Additionally, asking patrons to move out of the drive thru to keep their fulfillment times low is cheating the system and providing the corporate office inaccurate numbers. Highly unlikely that we will return.

Dude's got 20yrs experience, he knows his Krystal!!! Everybody was nice & friendly. Food was hot & tasty. Place was spotless. Straight up noon on a Monday (I do wish the Slurpee was working, I love me some Slurpee)
