Food was awful my husband wasn't feeling went to Krystal to chilli and just 1 Krystal when we return back to our hotel to eat the chilli looked like it had been sitty for days somewhere my husband actually stuck a fork in and it stood up.It was dark and clumped.The Krystal wasn't any better.Usually if they are fresh and hot they are pretty good but nothing seem fresh in this case.

We came to this location because it had better/more positive reviews than the other Krystal locations, but after we ordered at the drive thru, I was asked to park in the lot and they would bring out my food. I've been sitting in the lot for almost 15 minutes and no food yet!!! Additionally, asking patrons to move out of the drive thru to keep their fulfillment times low is cheating the system and providing the corporate office inaccurate numbers. Highly unlikely that we will return.

Dude's got 20yrs experience, he knows his Krystal!!! Everybody was nice & friendly. Food was hot & tasty. Place was spotless. Straight up noon on a Monday (I do wish the Slurpee was working, I love me some Slurpee)

Went and got food yesterday and now I think I have food poisoning my stomach been hurting all day I haven't ate nothing all day since yesterday can't stay off the toilet TMI sorry but this is not right I didn't ask for this I am in pain in the top part of my stomach I used to love crystals but now I don't think I will ever go back because this is unacceptable I have kids I haven't been able to do anything for my kids today because I'm in so much pain I don't want to go to the hospital because I know they going to have me up there all day this is totally unacceptable and then on top of that when I went they gave my food to somebody else that had to remake my food I should have known being to leave but me just trusting they judgment now I'm in pain and this is not right I am a paying customer I should not have got food poisoning from your food this is ridiculous

Guy working this morning was very rude! He didn’t even bring my orange juice smh. When you tell someone their total at the window and closes the window as I’m handing you my money is unacceptable. Back when I worked at Krystal’s I was making $5.25 an hour and worked there proudly with no attitude. We didn’t choose this job for you, you chose it! It doesn’t kill you to be nice. And I even told you Thank you and you walked off smh. Rude!
