I just frequented the crystals on Victory Dr., Saturday I ordered two chicks with cheese, two chili cheese, pops, and two cheese crystals. I was told to pull forward while my order was being prepared not a big deal. I get my food with all the intentions of giving half of what I ordered to a homeless woman that I frequently visit and take care of her name is Stella I stopped to give her a crystal a check and a chili cheese pop and five dollars cash Into my dismay, I had absolutely no crystals in my bag. I give the poor homeless woman, her chick and her chili cheese pop. I returned back to the establishment to get the two crystals that I had previously ordered left. The establishment went hunting for the homeless woman again could not find her . I returned to work to eat what was left over for me. The patty was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. The wiener on the chili cheese pop wasn’t cooked at all pink and cold, and then the two remaining crystals. I ate, tasted like someone had opened up the bun and dumped about a tablespoon of salt on each one of them, which makes me feel really horrible because I have a head full of teeth , the chick was totally edible. The hotdog I took one bite out of it and it was raw and I took two bites out of the crystal and the sodium was so high give someone a stroke. This poor lady is in very bad condition healthwise and she’s got about two teeth in her head and I feel so horrible About giving her the food. The only thing I felt good about was giving her five dollars. I completely love crystals have since I was a little boy I’m 44 now and the experience I had I will never ever eat at the victory Drive crystals in Columbus, Georgia ever again , you tell me to pull forward so you can complete my order. I only get half of it and everything in that bag was an edible and I’m also a little mad because nothing cheap today. I got six items which came up to $16 and I couldn’t eat any of it on victory Drive count your days

Drive thru menu board a bit confusing, buns were a bit dated/dry even the Krystal meat grease + toppings could'nt help the dryness

Had a Great Breakfast for take out the other morning. The staff was very nice and professional. My food was fresh and I will always love Krystals Breakfast. I'm about to go there now and get my kids some now. I hope the lunch hour is ready and the same.

Man these Krystal's were cook when ordered lord they were great had a grown man cooking and it showed thanks for the great lunch i forget now good Krystal's can be when cooked right

Pulled up to the drive thru, sat at the order speaker 8 minutes, then drove up to the window and the woman working never acknowledged us, came over to the window, nothing for 10 more minutes. I drove off and went next door to McDonalds. Im glad i did because they provided what everh customer is looking for, actual customer service. Nothing fancy, just doing thier jobs. On another note, stand back a look at Krystal's and then the McDonalds. Krystal's building, parking lot, employees, etc. run down, dirty, ignoring the customers, and then McDonald building, parking lot, employees, etc. Sparkling clean, perfect parking lot, customer service with a smile. Its very clear who appreciates I spend my money there. Now that was eye opening experience.
