Wings are the best in town to me. However, they are very expensive! 10 wings for $16.00, not whole wings, just drums and flats make up the number. So basically, that 5 wings for $16.00. I think it would be the number one seller at Krystal if they lowered their prices.

This location has went down tremendously. Food never ready, always being parked, always not accepting debit cards, a cash only location. Horrible experience on several occasions. This is the closest location to me, but I will start going further for a better experience.

Would have given 5 stars for everything, but they were understaffed as usual. The lovely young lady working the drive thru was having to take front counter orders, along with having to bag all of the orders for both by herself. The only other person that I saw working was the young lady making the burgers. Overworked and underpaid. I am grateful I no longer work in fast food 🙌

Awesome late night food that nothing else can fix. Whoever owns all the one's in Columbus need to spend some money and fix them up and clean them up they are filthy and nasty, drive thru windows so dirty and greasy almost stopped order. It really is ashamed the they are so bad, but the food is great.

They are very rude obnoxious and very disrespectful went to pick up and Uber order and sat there for an hour because they were use a little slow oven to Cook the biscuits and their restaurant was very filthy and the manager was very rude and disrespectful I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here

We were greeted when we came in by someone who was walking out. They informed the girls who were in the back that we were ready to take our order. We still waited 3 minutes to have our order taken. The girl took my mom's order and entirely neglected my existence. After telling her 3 times that we were on the same ticket and I'd like to order as well she took my order. It then took her 3 minutes to run my card. When I get to the table I realized she had my drink order wrong after I told her my order 3 times and she neglected to put my mom's sweet tea on the ticket altogether. When she brought our food out a fry was missing. They brought us the fry with an ugly attitude. The man that came in 5 minutes after us didn't even get greeted for 10 minutes. They were to focused on their conversation about their baby daddy's and a new coworker snitching on them to focus on any of us customers. Then the food was dry and overly salted. Those girls need to be wrote up maybe they will put their job duties before their drama
