I have eaten Krystal hamburgers for years and years and years they have always been a little slow however this last visit may be my last for a long time I walked in the restaurant about 2:45 to place my order the cashier is standing in the back by the drive-thru register just stares at me the manager comes by Locke's with me and continues on they are preparing a doordash order that she puts the tape on and still refuses to come take my order I sat there for a good 5 or 6 minutes still no one trash to come take my order bear in mind I am the only customer in the restaurant so after a few minutes I just walk out if that is their business model they are going downhill fast I realize everyone is struggling to find competent help

Worker wasnt very nice the burgers were great but the chili cheese fries was miserable barely any cheese or fries but still good !
The hamburgers were not fresh, the burger and onions not steaming like they used to be, no flavor either. The fries were popping hot. The customer Service was excellent thank you 😊

What part of meat only can they not get freaking right!!!!!!! Every time it's loaded with onions😡😡😡😡😡😡 I used to order no onions they always got it wrong EXTRA ONIONS, so I changed it to meat only and they still can't get it right I can pick off a few onions but a ton NOOOOOOOO!!! Inexcusable!!!!!
