This is the worst place I have ever been to for many years in a row. Tonight 2-17-25 there debit machines are down. The last four times I have been here they could not serve me while are they still open?? Rude employees that leave you waiting for 15 minutes while no one is in the parking or store

How is this place even open? I pick up lunch for my coworkers every couple weeks. I order a 24 pack with cheese and met with distain by the workers. I feel vilified everytime I come here. Even told not to come back. Every single time, they never have enough burgers ready and I usually wait 15-20 minutes. I'm always here at 11:30am on a Friday, what should be lunch rush. Just today, I pull up, lady tells me to wait, I wait 3 minutes and listen to her trying to put together an order. I tell her I want a 24 pack with cheese and get told it'll be 30 minutes. There was a single car parked at the window... 30 minutes for their "bread and butter"

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option. I go inside to order wait awhile before anyone comes to take my order. I start to tell her that I need 8 Krystal 3with cheese and then two with the jalapeños. She said anything else and before I can say 3 Krystal chick's she slaps the counter like she was irritated that i was ordering more. I told her to forget the order since it was clear she was too busy.
First time trying were a big white castle fan n we loved it . Definitely a place to go great food

I grew up in Columbus GA and grew up going to Krystal's. I absolutely have always loved the food. It's my addiction. But over the years especially after covid, the service has dropped, they don't stay open 24 hours like they used to, and sometimes the staff might even just be on some form of dope standing around. I want nothing more than this restaurant chain to make a come back and become as good as I remembered as a kid. I never want this chain to go away.
