The workers in there gotta be robbing Krystal's blind. 43 dollars for 6 chick's, 2 drinks, 2 chilli cheese fries and 2 cheese krystal. I asked if that was a combo because I didn't see it on the menu. Ridiculous amount of money for the service and cold food you get.

Went to order a sack full of krystals for my kids, and I entered the dining area,it was filthy, sanitation bags on the table, large globs of lard sitting unattended, kitchen area was disgusting. If I have to feed my family from an establishment that looks in this manner, they will never worry about my service again. I was also looking for a score card that I couldn't locate.

As we pulled up one of the four employees ran to the door and locked it at 6pm. Taking it all the way to corporate, this ridiculous and the managers should be held accountable. They also turned off the signage to the store to deter customers so they don’t have to work. Manager should be ashamed and fired!!!

Ordered a sak full w cheese and 2 fries otw home (I live in Harris co) didn't check my order until I got home and I not only was shorted 1 fry but I didn't have a single piece of cheese on my Krystal's. I did call to inform the staff and was promised a replacement to meal....I'm about to call so we shall sew
Everytime I come I get rush to take my order at the window and takes forever to bring out my food. Employees arguing with each other when it's a whole line of cars in drive thru waiting to get there food. Won't be going back to Buena Vista rd. Sti

Went to get a late night snack, didn't feel like driving to Manchester Expy so I went to Buena Vista road the meal I ordered was not fresh and I asked it to be cooked to order. The 3 people that was working acted as if it was the 1st night working wasn't really knowledgeable about the job. I will not patronize Buena Vista road again. One customer probably want make a difference but I do expect to get good service/ food. Disappointed ? ?
