When I receive my food the bread was soggy and wet the meat was undercooked the onions was undercooked but I bet you this I would never come there again besides the victory drive location this one should be next

The only reason to stop at this Krystal location is convenience but every visit is horrible! Get some help or shut down! Longest wait times, don’t stop by if you on your way to work or an appointment. You will wait at least 8 minutes at the window for anything! Done with this location!

We placed an order for 2 grit bowls 20 minutes ago. All you should be doing is putting the ingredients in a cup. Even is you were making it from scratch it shouldn't take this long. There are 2 cars pulled up in front of me and 2 cars behind me with 3 people in the lobby and everyone is waiting. What are yall doing in there?!?

So I'm a columbus native and since ive been able to drive this has been the best kystals, I left for 20yrs and been up north been the west and further south but nobody has krystals made like these. I don't know if its the ingredients but you guys are always on point 👌 keep up the good work

I’m pregnant and I really wanted the chili pups and a chili cheese fry and the lady who took my order was just so rude and did not sound like she even wanted to take my order and just wanted me to leave. I got my chili pups but she forgot my chili cheese fries and I’ve been crying for like 5 minutes and had to go to another Krystal’s instead. Will not be going back.

Used to love Krystal’s and after not having it for about 10 years I’ve been looking forward to finally have it again and I was disappointed.
Waited well over 10 minutes and they got my order wrong . Still ate the food so I was thinking okay no way they could mess up the drinks but SURPRISE their sprite and their Dr Pepper tasted horrible . Watered down and not carbonated at all. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING TO THAT SPECIFIC KRYSTALS.
I read the reviews but I tried to be open minded but this is wild to me . If this is common I don’t know how that place is still in business
