First and foremost, I would like to say that you could not go in to krystal's restaurant. Then as I ordered my food as you will see I ordered biscuits on both of them and I received burnt toast.. Then the lady gave me strawberry jelly. I asked for grape. She gave me grape but I had to give the strawberry jelly back to her She said that was protocol.

Extremely Horrible Service. I ordered thur Uber Eats on March the 3rd 2024 early in the morning I spent almost $60 to only have nasty cold and three hours of more late delivery. It took them so long Uber Eats had to reassigned the driver two times & when I finally got my order it was nasty cold burnt and just thrown around. Triwdnton call but no answer finally got an answer a about a day later to only be told that they would have there DM call me back and are very rude about it then I've been calling everyday up til now several times no answer until today March 6,2024 only to be badly talk to and dismissed again with the DM being there tomorrow to come up there then hanging up in my face this is terrible service I'm so mad I'm at a lost for words don't ever go there

Where do I begin?! This place need to be shut down, the staff is beyond incompetent, ghetto, NASTY I stopped eating at this location years ago. I recently attempted to revisit this location after years of neglecting it only to get OLD FOOD and remedial acting employees. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t closed this nasty hole down!

Krystal is not a good place bad service nasty disrespectful and unsanitized health inspector and some body need to sit down with them lazy workers half clean half do anything they do I order my food and get a half order please close the place or get new workers please even then manager pumpkin half workers and they don't clean very unorganized

Being from Florida this location was interesting in a good way. The older building gave it a nice feel. The employees were fast and friendly! Thank you for the great experience!
The manager by the name of Shy was fabulous. Food was good and we had to wait for fries, so we were given an upgrade, which was very nice. But, there were two young ladies that were playing instead of working. They had, I'm assuming their boyfriends in the lobby and it just took away a star. The manager did address the issue, as she should. Overall it was a good experience. I haven't had Krystal in a while and I was happy to experience this particular one..?

I told him about it apon looking at my receipt and he simply said "they know you don't want cheese." So then I asked "Isn't it supposed to be cheaper without cheese ?" and he said "no." I knew he was lying but didn't have time to get out of character with him. As long as it took him to give me my change it's clear they are in there scamming folks. Then they tried to cheat me out of my fries by not putting them in the bag. I had to request them to which he caught a slight attitude. Getting over a couple dollars on people especially those who work hard for their money is not cute, it's THEFT!!! Don't give these folks any of your money!

I was trying to grab something quick to eat on my way to work. Went through the drive through. Ordered a #1 no cheese (4 Krystals combo). Cashier rung me up for the 5 Krystals combo with cheese. I told him about it apon looking at my receipt and he simply said "they know you don't want cheese." So then I asked "Isn't it supposed to be cheaper without cheese ?" and he said "no." I knew he was lying but didn't have time to get out of character with him. As long as it took him to give me my change it's clear they are in there scamming folks. Its after 10pm when I pulled into the parking lot. I wasn't sure if they were open for business, it was dark in the parking lot...the big Krystal sign wasn't on however the lights were on I could see workers in building. I was greeted at the drive thru and placed my order... The atmosphere was spooky and scary in that parking lot..I constantly found myself looking in the rearview and sideview mirrors, checking my surroundings a little more than I cared to while waiting on my order. Glad it didn't take long. The cashier/server was pleasant .I ordered 4 cheese Krystals but only received 3 with my meal. The sweet tea was NOT sweet!!I had already pulled out into traffic and on my journey home when I realized the error... I TOOK THAT LOSS GRACEFULLY ????
