Top-tier. I love the milk teas. If you're lactose intolerant, the punches and slushes are stellar choices all year round. And when they're in stock, the crepes are delicious.

These people aren't sanitary and multiple people have had this same complaint. The workers literally tasted the drink off the spoon they use to scrape the blenders and put it back into the drink. The owner has tried to justify this rather than correct and educate the staff. I get "trying" the product with either a disposable spoon, a sample poured in a new cup, or ever a one use straw test. But to lick a spoon and still use it is disgusting. I will not be back especially after seeing this isn't the first time.

The people making the drinks are locking the spoons and putting it back in their drink! When confronted about it they said "it happens all the time" & "well, Chefs taste their food before serving it " . Nasty place

Please do not go here . Very nasty people . They pick the spoon saying it’s to try the drink before they give it to you . How gross and unsanitary especially with Covid and the flu going around .

The teas are awesome I got the cold rosehip milk tea medium and Thai milk tea hot. It was delicious with mango popping bubbles.

It's not a classic tea house, if you want classic Thai tea or Brown Sugar Milk Tea don't come here, I wish I could have found something I liked.

Just as good as all the rest of the kung fu teas. Tons of options not terribly sweet. If you want a less sweet option just ask them. For sure our boba franchise of choice, from the Akatski clouds to the drinks it’s very very good.
