Came in this morning with my son very first time here I got a caramel machioto slush and my son got a taro slush we bought and walked out store and started to have a taste… my son hated the taro and asked to exchange for a different flavor and the sales associate said he would not be able to exchange it out even though my son only had taken a sip…. I loved everything about it except for we ordered Oreo wow but got Cacao wow with coffee in it workers were nice we got to sample our Boba beads so overall it was good just make sure they don't mess up ur order

All of the staff except for one girl are really nice. I've been on multiple occasions and received excellent service every time except for here. She's here today and basically just nice to everyone but me. The teas and coffees are tasty. Personal favorite is the cocoa lava slush with popping coffee boba.

The teas are good, but the male manager has the personality of a brick wall. Very rude and won't even engage in casual kindness like "have a great day" when you pay or leave. Just puts the teas on the counter and walks away and you have to figure out whose is whose

Got a Thai milk tea and was not the traditional tea at all. Honestly the worst tea I’ve ever had. Better off making it at home with instant Thai tea. I’ll do that next time. The other drink we got was decent except the boba was hot? Will not be back

Do not go here! They lick the spoon to try your drink to see if it taste right then they rinse the spoon and put it back in your drink . Very unsanitary . Needs to be shut down .

I was standing in line waiting on my drinks and the lady licked the spoon and then when I caught her doing it I said I don’t want the drinks I need my money back or you guys can remake my stuff they didnt wnat to do neither one! How can you do such a thing in a restaurant business I will be going to Human Resources about this
Drinks were wrong and service was not good. Not a good experience. I had the woman lick the spoon she was mixing with quickly run water over it and continue using it as well ?

I ordered two drinks they were both wrong. I ordered a green matcha tea with crystal boba no sugar. She added regular boba, sweetener and I couldn’t drink it. She wouldn’t remake it or give me a refund so I left without it. I’m not sure if it was rudeness or if she just didn’t understand English but she came across as rude. Worst customer service!

Lady today was very rude. Locked utensils and dipped into my drinks with the same utensils she had in her mouth! Then refused to give me a refund or compensation of any kind! Highly unsatisfied & wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
