I’ve always had a very pleasant experience when coming to this establishment. I’ve never had any issues when ordering various drinks. Would recommend!

I love this place so much, and I always get the caramel macchiato with pearls, and it's so good. However, the hours make it impossible to go because it is only open in the afternoon, but no one wants caffeinated drinks in the afternoon, so I can never get my favorite drink. I would LOVE if they started to open earlier because I'd go all the time :)

This place needs to learn that if they expect customer loyalty, they need to actually treat their customers with courtesy. I bought a pineapple tea that tasted like warm watered down orange juice and they refused to replace it or give me a refund. Even Starbucks has the decency to fix a drink for a customer if it's made poorly. This place is ridiculously overpriced and has no reason to be considering their teas are of such poor quality. Save your money. This place is disgusting and definitely not worth it.

Ordered Thai tea, recieved earl grey?? Order was completely wrong, and the drinks came out at a speed i have never seen at a drink shop- 4 or 5 people in front of us and we were in and out within 5 minutes, it makes a lot of sense why our order wasnt right. and the 'mochis' were not actually mochis, but I decided to try the matcha one anyways, and it smelled like dog food and tasted very burnt, the workers were very nice though

Taro slush with brown sugar tapioca pearls and mango milk tea with mango, grape, + strawberry popping boba were delicious . Staff was great . I’m ready to try one of each drink . They all look so good .10 out of 10 recommend.
While the staff here were nice, my drink was absolutely awful. I got a coffee milk tea with Boba. It tasted like dirt. My daughter took a sip and said she wanted to scrape it off her tongue. It was really that bad. I had to throw the whole thing away because it's undrinkable. That was a $7 lesson not to cheat on Gong Cha ever again.

Came in this morning with my son very first time here I got a caramel machioto slush and my son got a taro slush we bought and walked out store and started to have a taste… my son hated the taro and asked to exchange for a different flavor and the sales associate said he would not be able to exchange it out even though my son only had taken a sip…. I thought that was wild

I loved everything about it except for we ordered Oreo wow but got Cacao wow with coffee in it workers were nice we got to sample our Boba beads so overall it was good just make sure they don't mess up ur order

All of the staff except for one girl are really nice. I've been on multiple occasions and received excellent service every time except for here. She's here today and basically just nice to everyone but me. The teas and coffees are tasty. Personal favorite is the cocoa lava slush with popping coffee boba.
