Love the Thai tea and the frozen coffees here. I highly recommend it. You can order at the kiosk and it gets specific to the point of different flavored and textured boba. 🧋 enjoy!

The place is horrible walked in to get a drink and recieved the worst service ever. Absolutely disgusting behavior by the employee, I asked for a refund and then promptly left. Your staff was in the wrong their was nothing polite about the way they handled the situation. After my refund was issued the 2 adults and child left your establishment. Your employee proceeded to follow us into the street yelling and shouting.

Before today I would have given Kung Fu Tea a 4ish stars. But after basically getting kicked out/ran out of the store by the little employee guy (that didn't even speak proper/good English) I will NEVER recommend or return to this place. The little employee guy was very rude and disrespectful. Finally after being treated like that I asked for a refund and his name as well as his managers name, he first off refused to give me a refund, then told me not to worry about his or his managers name. Then when I pressed the issue of the refund he threatened to call the cops to have me removed. I told him to please call the cops or even better I would gladly call them myself. He then refunded (so he said/no proof given) my money and basically told me to leave. After leaving, I was in the B&N parking lot (nowhere near the store) the little employee guy came out of the store yelling (something) at me. This was UNCALLED for!! I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I will be disputing this with my bank as well.
Reply to the response to the Owner: Yes two adults and one two year old child was at each machine placing orders from your establishment. The toddler was only pressing the button to make paper come out (nothing to BREAK it), the child was told to stop once the child's mother saw this and the child DID stop and went and sat down to wait while we (the two adults) finished our orders. The child only printed two sheets of paper out, now what your VERY RUDE little employee guy did after we was he disrespectful chased us out I could not tell you (he probably printed more paper!!) Either way there was NO reason your little employee guy should have been so very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL, as well as come running out after we left screaming RUDELY!! Plus..NOBODY said it was an 'accident', we did not know the child was doing it at first..yes..our bad..but still your little employee guy was a Double JERK!! Whether the refund was processed or not, me..myself have no proof because your little employee guy first refused a refund. So I still took it up with my bank because I DO NOT trust your company..especially not the employees!! Thank you and have a BLESSED night!!

2nd time i’ve been here and the service was worse than before. 1st time the staff was rude, 2nd time the tea was disgusting. I asked for a remake they wouldn't do it. Asked for a manager and no one responded. Not worth the time

I love this place so much, and I always get the caramel macchiato with pearls, and it's so good. However, the hours make it impossible to go because it is only open in the afternoon, but no one wants caffeinated drinks in the afternoon, so I can never get my favorite drink. I would LOVE if they started to open earlier because I'd go all the time :)

This place needs to learn that if they expect customer loyalty, they need to actually treat their customers with courtesy. I bought a pineapple tea that tasted like warm watered down orange juice and they refused to replace it or give me a refund. Even Starbucks has the decency to fix a drink for a customer if it's made poorly. This place is ridiculously overpriced and has no reason to be considering their teas are of such poor quality. Save your money. This place is disgusting and definitely not worth it.

Ordered Thai tea, recieved earl grey?? Order was completely wrong, and the drinks came out at a speed i have never seen at a drink shop- 4 or 5 people in front of us and we were in and out within 5 minutes, it makes a lot of sense why our order wasnt right. and the 'mochis' were not actually mochis, but I decided to try the matcha one anyways, and it smelled like dog food and tasted very burnt, the workers were very nice though
