I placed and order through the app at 3:30 for a 5:30 pickup time. When I got to the store at 5:30 only to not find my name on the pick up portal board I waited another 10 mins before going inside. When I did go inside to inquire about my order I was met with a "it's not ready yet but if you give us another 20-30 mins we can have that ready for you." from the manager. No apology or anything.

I used the call ahead and order. I called at 5:40 and he said it would be about 20 min. I get there and pay for my food at 5:57. I then had to wait with my 2 kids for the food. No problem thinking it would be just a few min. I don't get my pizza until 6:21. I understand being busy but advertising no waiting when I still had to wait more then 20 min is a bit much.
