Little Caesar's Pizza, Manchester Expressway location is fantastic. I arrived at 10:30AM, customer service was great! I, along with other customers, were greeted with smiles and great morning conversations. The restaurant was smelling delicious, aroma of fresh baked pizzas, yum yum. I ordered 12 pizzas & was told my order would take about 30 minutes....WOW, only 30 mins for 12 pizzas! Not only was my order fulfilled in 30 mins, the other customers orders were also ready. They even loaded the pizzas into my car. The service was quick, customer service was friendly and professional, the pizzas were well enjoyed by everyone. I definitely recommend this location.

James the night shift manager is so sweet & caring! Fast paced , good was fresh & hot! It was so clean on his shift , his employees were even so sweet! He is definitely the best manager there !!

Seemed the manager was more focused on going outside smoking than dealing with the large amount of people waiting on their food. I waited a hour for a pepperoni pizza and a order of cheese bread, will never visit a little Caesar’s again

TheYoung Lady at the register had the biggest smile .. the mgr on Duty white guy with the Gilligan style hat was just as friendly as could be . The lobby was spotless . And the the food was delicious.. I will definitely be returning in the future .. it's hard in today's age in fast food to find good quality service... Well this little ceaser went above and beyond. I highly recommend this establishment 5 stars all across the board

The pizza is good for the price. I suggest ALWAYS ordering ahead in the app, (you won't get anyone on the phone).
The wait time is ridiculous! I can't remember the last time anything was hot and READY at this location! You have to wait for everything, even the pre cooked wings sitting in the warmer that just need to be tossed in your choice of sauce.
And if they are really backed up, I hope you have a pizza cutter at home🤦🏾‍♀️

Parking: The parking lot gets full quick with so many people waiting on their orders to be prepared. It's not the best lit, nor spacious enough. Back in whenever you can to avoid hitting pedestrians or other vehicles pulling out at the same time as you.
