I pulled up to the drive through and was greeted by the most outstanding and wonderful lady named sherri. Her energy really brightens up the entire place normally when I come here its just not as welcoming as it was today and its because of Mrs. Sherri that I had a great experience!!! Thank you very much Mrs.Sherri I hope she continues to bring other people comfort and joy!

Was gonna order a three meat treat pizza, but they wouldn’t let a paying customer use the restroom for less than a minute. Absolutely inexcusable. If your business doesn’t respect my humanity and the necessity to do a human act like urinating in their facilities then they cannot have my money. Just terribly rude and infuriating.

Waiting in the drive thru line for 30 before anyone came to the window to take my order-0

The employee, Sariya, was very patient when I couldn't make up my mind. We ordered pizza via the drive through window. She was enthusiastic in explaining what options were available and did a gentle 'upsell' that allowed me to consider combinations which I did accept. I don't ordinarily expect this type of geniality at a fastfood takeout pizza establishment .The young lady treated us as though she genuinely was happy to help us make the best choice for our tastes.

Waited over an hour and still haven't gotten my order

I waited over 35minutes in line then 10 more minutes before getting my pizza. I ordered three meat treat and it was not fresh. The dough was hard around the edge and box was cold.

Food was neither hot, nor ready as they claim it to be. I ordered online 30 minutes ahead of time, pizza was ready, but cold. I was told I had to wait for my crazy bread that was lucky to be room temp...if I wanted to take and bake pizzas and bread I would have gone to Walmart and bought something there...

If they are supposed to stay open until 10 pm, why are they closing early? I go by at 9:40 they closed.

The lady that answered the phone needs customer training. I asked if there were any specials this week was told no. Was also told that there was only on size pizza, Large. After ordering the pizza I was told they had NO Beef. I contact a cooperator received excellent service.

Ordered breadsticks and crazy sauce. Delivery driver had to meet us halfway because he couldn’t get on base. Then of course the crazy sauce was missing. So now I have paid a delivery fee for food that was not delivered. Also called and spoke to the manager who said it wasn’t her fault and hung up on me lol!
