I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told that the order would take 12 minutes to make. I came on time to the drive-thru to pick up the order and after accepting my payment, I was told that I needed to get back in the drive-thru line because the order required an additional 4 minutes to make. I expressed that I wasn't interested in going back through the drive-thru line I had already waited in and the customer service rep. told me with an attitude that he couldn't let me hold up the drive-thru line even though I came at the time I was told to come and I did not witness any other customers who were at the window before me being asked to go back through a line that they already waited in.

Ray said I could come back n get the pizza another day when back but now say I need to bring the pizza back this a trip with something u messed up poor management will contact corporate
I don't like to speak about restaurants that have good food and service, but I just ordered a three meat treat and a pepperoni pizza, to my surprise, a piece of white personal hair was on my pizza. I was so disappointed, but normally service is very good. I hope that this issue will be resolved in the future.

Horrible , when I walked inside Tybrianna C. Had a horrible attitude and threw my change . She needs to leave
Had called to place a pick up order, a woman answered the phone with a attitude from the start. Not only that but from her end I could barely hear her like the phone volume was down. I was polite up until she kept catching a tone, due to miscommunication of not being able to properly hear what is being said. I understand the business is busy, folks are in and out and things can get frustrating, but nun the less that is your job so having common curticy and communication skills is a must have. No one wants to get food from somewhere after dealing with a person having a nasty attitude like they don't want to be there, and trying to rush someone off the phone. Needs to be a work ethics skill course coworkers need to take to improve customer service.

Went to get some deep dishes and when I get home I see them to be almost half the size smaller than they usually are and one still had raw dough. Called in to talk to the manager only to get handed off to another male employee who says they can't do anything about the size of the pie when it's out the oven. If you have money spend it on the little Ceasars next to walmart instead

Went in ordered 4 deep dish pepperoni get home open the box and they are small like just a little bigger than my hand called and told them and the person on the phone says that we can't control the size the pizza comes from the oven and I know how to cook professionally and if you put it in the oven the correct size it comes out the correct size I will be contacting corporate

I ordered a Twix brownie and this guy gave me a 4 pack of raw brownies that was not cooked never touched a oven but on the picture/advertisement it looks pretty cooked to me and this is my second time coming to this location the guy that I assume is the manager is very rude he never greets his guests never say thank u or nothing he needs to be working at a farm cuz his communication skills are not management material and secondly giving out raw brownies is not good for business and I’ll be getting more information on this Situation because it’s unacceptable
The only little ceasers that has food stocked until close!!!!! Milgen road little ceasers does not! Only a few miles apart!this locations drive up window is NOT on a hill....BIG PLUS!
