I haven’t always been pleased coming to this location, but a young man by the name of James gave us outstanding customer service. He was cheerful friendly.. seemed like he loves his job and the pizza was ready and at the window at the exact time he said it would be. It’s been a while since I’ve had that great of customer service anywhere

It was awful the lady was very rude I ask for extra sauce on my wings because I always have there and she said I couldn't instead of saying well it cost extra then I was try to ask more about it and she snapped at me very hateful then I ask if I can have my ranch with my wings she says no and I ask why not and then she snaps again saying it doesn't come with the wings anymore its under new owners and instead of saying well it will be a change she is just straight up hateful like what kind of business is this anymore I wouldn't have even gave a one star if I could post here without it ugh some people I dont even know anymore except to take very very deep breaths. And it was today around 2:20pm

I went in and ordered a Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza. I was told it was only going to take about 3 minutes. 15 minutes later I walk up to the counter and they realized that they forgot about me and didn't really care at all. They honestly acted like they could care less that they left a customer just sitting in there waiting area for no reason after paying.

I went into the Little Caesars on Forrest Rd. And The black lady that seem to have been running the place. First I just told her who the order was for was not being ugly or anything and she said I can't see that from her. So I spoke louder and said the name again and she said you don't need to be yelling at me. At that point I could see she was definitely angry so I just said have a good day ma'am. She said that's right have a good day. And I left and didn't get the order. That was just uncalled for. Not a professional way to conduct business.

Worst location. Rarely have the food available for hot n ready when I come. So annoying and frustrating. Especially on peek hours such as 2-3 pm during the weekdays when school is out or lunch and dinner times. Management needs better leadership

I ordered a pizza over the phone and was told that the order would take 12 minutes to make. I came on time to the drive-thru to pick up the order and after accepting my payment, I was told that I needed to get back in the drive-thru line because the order required an additional 4 minutes to make. I expressed that I wasn't interested in going back through the drive-thru line I had already waited in and the customer service rep. told me with an attitude that he couldn't let me hold up the drive-thru line even though I came at the time I was told to come and I did not witness any other customers who were at the window before me being asked to go back through a line that they already waited in.

I don't like to speak about restaurants that have good food and service, but I just ordered a three meat treat and a pepperoni pizza, to my surprise, a piece of white personal hair was on my pizza. I was so disappointed, but normally service is very good. I hope that this issue will be resolved in the future.
