This little Caesars told me it was going to be 20 minutes for hot and ready pizza! The guy had a nice attitude but it was an inconvenience. And I had to go to another location.

The other day I got pizza from here and they messed up my order. When I called back and told them about it and said I could not bring the pizza back they said that was fine and they gave me a new pizza the following day. No hassle no fuss and that was fantastic. So give a shout out to Jay who took care of me he is fantastic.

I want to shout out the crew who made my 60 pizza order while serving carry outs and drive thru orders simultaneously! They are rock stars!!!!! My order was still a few minutes early, idk how they managed to do that but they did! And they were so professional and offered great customer service at the same time!!! Job well done!!!!!!!

I'll be honest, I had an issue with the night staff at this location. The young lady was rude to me because she has taken my order inaccurately. However, I came in the next morning to speak with someone about it, and Ms. Zena was awesome! Not only was she professional, she continued to apologize about the issue with the item and staff, she corrected the error, and also offered to replace the item from the night before as well. Things happen and how you handle them determine a lot. I don't know her title at the store, but if you want to keep happy customers, keep Ms. Zena!! Thank you, Zena!! Hope I got your name right! lol
Don't usually go to this location. The lady that took my order was very flat and made me feel like she didn't want to be bothered. It made me a little nervous but it had been a long day and I was hungry. The man that actually gave me my order was very friendly. I wish I knew his name. He definitely made up for my negative first impression
