Worst dining experience ever. Waited a long time to get seated. Hostess was not at the station. Plenty of tables available. We ordered an appetizer but it never came. Drinks took forever to come to the table. Ordered a salad but it did not come until the meal was half eaten. We had ordered bread before dinner but it came as dinner was half eaten also. My grandson’s rice never came even after we asked for it twice. The only thing that came on time was the bill. Waitress kept apologizing for not getting things done but they still never got done anyway. My family will never go there again. Don’t know what the problem was but someone needs to either manage this Restuarant better or just close it up if service like this continues.

We got here when they first opened at 11 and it took an hour to get the appetizers and entre which came out at the same time and was cold! Our waitress was extremely rude and entered himself into a private discussion that was being had at our table stating "that's the freshest it's gonna get" when he wasn't being directly talked too. Overall, the service and food was horrible! Will not be returning to this location!

I ordered food which took an hour to come out and when it did arrive my steak was cold while everything else was hot. Then when I tried to speak with server he was rude and not helpful at all! Sent food back and they recooked the steak that I sent back and brought it back out to me as if it was microwaved.

Got to be the worst Longhorn in the state. Every time we come here the service is ridiculously slow, and we decided to give it a second chance. They said they didn’t have butter, then a table who comes in after us gets it. The server didn’t even bother to go look in the back. Drinks took over 15 minutes to get, we ordered the food 5 minutes after we sat down here, and it’s been almost 30 minutes with no food that we swapped to a to go order because it’s such a crap show here.

I've come here many times over the years and always had a good experience and the food was good. Tonight I ordered curbside and the whole experience was not good. Sat outside in the curbside parking space for 15 minutes waiting. Decided to go inside and see what was going on. Waited on the inside for another 10 minutes and they ran out of sides. Then had to wait again because they had to put the food together even though I ordered almost an hour before. The food wasn't fresh and was cold. Wasted $56. It seems the quality has gone down hill but the prices are increasing.

Came here to celebrate my sons turning blue ceremony. Food tasted great and came out in a timely manner and our server Yaka was an absolute pleasure. He was very attentive. He made our visit here a great experience.

Loud regulars at bar with ability to control the remote for the TVs.
Service was terrible we got our wine we ordered when we sat down after the French onion soup came.
The chopped sirloin looked like it was served to someone else first they sent it back then it was covered with gravy and given to me. It was already cut up under gravy. Disturbing. The broccoli was so big it was raw and the mashed potatoes were 🥶 cold. What is all that grease on my plate too?

The steak was delicious! The appetizers, drinks and service were excellent. The onion pedals and spinach dip were fresh and tasty. The margaritas and salads are also good

I wanted to have a good mindset going in but right off the bat we waited at least 10 minutes in the lobby because there was no host or hostess. My husband ordered a ribeye medium rare and it was raw. When he asked to get it refired, the manager came to the table and tried to gaslight us into thinking that it was cooked. She advised that's how Longhorn cooks their steaks mid rare. In addition, the ribeye itself looked more like a pork chop - extremely thin. Overall, left a horrible taste both literally and mentally. Extremely disappointed.

I placed order at 2:40. It stated it would be ready at 3:05. I got at 3:10 and still had to wait 10 mins. Finally the female bring the food out. I Went straight home to eat and the food is COLD. Not room temperature but COLD. Had to warm shrimp and rice in microwave. Smh. From now on I think I will go to the other location on the north side.

Light on staff tonight because of inclement weather. The ones there went out of their way to provide great service. My food was great. We knew it was going to take a little longer than usual but we didn’t care. We had a great experience. Would definitely dine here again.
