Four of us arrived around 3:30 pm. The place was nearly empty, but we had to wait nearly ten minutes to get seated. Why? Because nearly all the tables were filled with dirty dishes and food all over the floor. Normally, that's the sign to hit the door. We all love the menu, and surely, things will get better. After being seated and placing our order, one of our drinks was delivered in a dirty glass...ouch! All the time, we're waiting for some silverware to be delivered. Here comes the hot ? bread ? and it smells delicious... but where's the silverware? We're still waiting.....You might be wondering why I left this place? Did I fail to mention that they have some delicious food! We truly enjoy eating at any LongHorn. I would give them a 5 Star ? if I had ordered to go. Kudos to the Chef!

Do not go to the Longhorn on Macon Road, you will be disappointed. If you want Longhorn, definitely come to this location on Whittlesey. It's clean, the staff is very attentive and the food is outstanding. The steaks are always made exactly like you asked and are so tender and juicy. Heck, just writing this makes me want to go now.

First off, who serves a caesar salad with honey mustard? Please explain to me how that one works, because I can't. My coworkers and I ordered takeout here for lunch and all of the food was cold, not even luke warm. My manager ordered the steak salad and only received a small side salad. The bread didnt even come with butter on the side or even a plastic knife to cut it with. Instead we had to pass it around and tear off a piece like a bunch of neanderthals. Last time ever ordering takeout from here again.
This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Longhorn. The wait was an hour, but for my steak I was willing to wait. The waitress walked past the table 3 times before she greeted us and my steak was cold when it came out 45 minutes later. They comped my food, but my steak was dry. I've been to this one before and it wasn't like that, maybe they had some call-ins.

Whittlesey Blvd Columbus, GA location is the worst Longhorn that we’ve ever been to and we have traveled for work for 30 years so we have been to a TON! Every time we have went to this particular restaurant the food is bad or service is worse and last night was no different and my husband vowed not to pull in their parking lot again! I wanted to go to Longhorn for my birthday dinner (go figure!) so we got there at 4pm and went in and the hostess said it would be an hour or longer. I looked around the almost EMPTY restaurant and asked what about all those empty booths and tables. It was like 3 booths with guests sitting! She said, we have no waitstaff. Really? OMG! lol I will be calling the Darden company about this place! There is obviously a manager problem at this location! You don’t have bad food, bad service and then absolutely no one wants to work in this place because the management is on top of things! You have these problems when your manager sucks and could care less about the company he or she works for. There’s a problem here and it needs to be addressed and FIXED! We got on the waitlist but when I told my husband how long the wait was he said he77 no! We went to Texas Roadhouse and I forgot how much I loved that place! We don’t go there too often because of it being extremely busy. That’s because they have awesome food, amazing and fun staff and the best management running it to have all of that. We waited about 30min which was surprising considering it was a large amount of people outside and inside waiting to be seated and we expected it would be longer. Packed house! My birthday dinner didn’t go as originally planned but it turned out better than I had expected! The most tender ribeye and delicious sides and they gave me a free appetizer and a free dessert and all got together to sing happy birthday to me in their own special way. It was great. If you want a delicious steak dinner from a chain restaurant, go to Texas Roadhouse. If you want one from an awesome, privately owned restaurant, go to Mabella’s in downtown! It’s my absolute favorite restaurant in Columbus but we just ate there two weeks ago so I had picked something else for my birthday.When we finished our meal at Texas Roadhouse, I got a text that our table was ready at Longhorn! Our waitress was at the table and we all about fell out laughing! It had been an hour and a half!Get it together Longhorn manager before you’re the cause of a big CLOSED - OUT OF BUSINESS sign hanging on the front of the building!
