Pei Wei Asian Express

The Mongolian Firecracker chicken was good, but the noodles and cream cheese wonton were horrible. Very hard to mess up, but they just weren't good. The coke didn't taste right and the sweet tea tasted like hose water. I'm not one to complain usually, but for the 40 dollars my husband spent on lunch for us I expected better.

Food was okay, kind of hard to mess up. the nickel and dime is bad... they gave me a yum yum sauce I didn't even ask for and charged me $0.50 for it and just put it in the bag. I know its just $0.50 but you don't realize it until you've paid and gotten the bag.. please ask if you want the yum yum sauce before just throwing it in the bag.

I love this restaurant. The food is great and the people are nice, I just hate how they nickel and dime you. I went there today and ate at the food court. I went for a refill and they told me it was $1. I said okay. Then I decided to order some wontons. Then I heard someone else order wontons and they asked for the sauce. I said, oh yeah, can I get the sauce too. She said $.50. Then the lady behind me asked if yum yum was included, she said it was extra. Then I was like OMG. They gave me yum yum and I don't even eat it, did they charge me for it and I didn't even want it? I thought they just put it in w/your meal. Then I had to ask for soy and duck sauce with my egg and spring rolls.

The general manager in this place is completely unprofessional. I was getting served by another lady and she came to yell at her in front of me saying SHE was the general manager and whatever. Like lady, whatever happened between you two, TAKE IT TO THE BACK! I sat all the way to the other side of the food court and could hear the manager yelling at the other lady on and on, even when new people were standing in front of them. The power dynamics were a joke, the lady getting yelled at was super nice though (didn’t even complain or talked back to her in front of me), I feel terrible she has to deal with that on a daily basis. The manager needs to get relegated from that job cause that’s not how you treat customers and employees.

Idk how you mess up crab Rangoon, but they did. And then they argued about giving me the sauce that comes with it.

I’ve had many asian food and none of them were this terrible. If you want food that is very acidic, stomach ache and that puts you on the toilet, for hours go here

Found white hair in my food,can't get a refund because there is no phone number.

You really can't go wrong with this place. Two entrees and one side (rice or noodles) for $9.29. Yummy and it's at the mall food court so everybody can get what they want.

I had the Mongolian Steak. This was absolutely delicious. Very savory. They used real beef, not the plastic stuff. Good portions.

Thought it was gonna be like the pei wei restaurant but it’s more like Panda Express.

This is the BEST!! First time eating from here and I haven't had this kind of food with great tasting and fulfilling and a good price. I will eat here more often and let others know. My meal was 2 item combo with friend rice orange chicken and chicken/ broccoli
