The two ladies there seemed to be overworked, but got my order taken care of quickly. The topping ingredients seemed super fresh, which really stood out to me. However, neither the sauce nor the base was memorable. The pizza was a decent size, but with just 4 toppings the price ballooned to over $20. While I'd still recommend the pizza, I do believe there are tastier options in the area for less.
The area seemed a bit run down and there was a digital menu only, so it was hard to read with the light glare reflecting off the screen. The older lady was very nice and overall I had a mostly positive experience. There was a nice sitting area outside to enjoy the pizza and the box had a pretty nice design.

Tried to fix an order mistake, and they refused to meet me halfway, I would have had to order and pay for a new one and they wouldn't even give me any discount credit or anything. Marcos has good food but the employees at this particular store are unhelpful

Love my Marco's. Great pizza and subs. Almost always ready on time. Friendly service and clean environment. For a pizza place, that's really good! However, based on the economy, the prices have risen. Used to be able to get two large pizzas for around $25. Now, it's closer to $40. But I love that old world pepperoni!

The worst Marcos in Columbus. The ppl who work there have horrible customer service skills.I’ve only had bad experiences with this location! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
my comes once a week,Family likes it better
My children love Marcos pizza. So I get what they love.
Ordered pizza and a salad. They made and sold me a bad salad and refuse to give a refund. Only offered store credit and I felt that was unacceptable. They’re not suppose to sell bad or spoiled food. That goes against OHSHA. I thought it was just a few pieces but the salad was brown all the way through.

I pick up 2 pizzas and Friday I got one. But this trip one pizza was burnt so she remade it and it looked the same why even remake it if you know it will be the same. She also told me they stopped doing refunds and pointed to a very small sign that I could barely see to read it. She was very rude and not polite at all and wanted to argue with me about the pizza being burnt. When you work in customer service you should know the customer is always right. I get pizza a lot from different places and I get the same pizza for my daughter. The pizzas never look like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I used to frequent and count on this Marco’s for years but tonight has forever ruined it for me. I ordered an online order. I got a half and half pizza. When my pizza was delivered, it was undercooked and thrown together. It looked very unappetizing. So, I called the store to tell them to see what they could do. I was on hold and taken off hold (I could hear the music stopping) for several minutes. When I was answered by Desiree, she was combative and unapologetic. She told me that it looks like there’s a lot on the pizza because there was a lot. My problem was with how it looked. And plus, Marcos gave that option, they should know how to properly cook it. She said that her manager said they could give me a credit or I could go pick it up as they’re short on delivery drivers. While I didn’t mind, I don’t think it was up to the customer to have to fix their mistake. I think I should have been offered something for having to go pick up my own pizza after I paid for delivery. Greg, the manager and Desiree were the only ones in the store so I understand being understaffed. I don’t appreciate being gaslit and the sloppy undercooked pizza and then being treated like I’m wrong for wanting quality food. (I have warm lighting in my home and it’s dark outside so it looks more done than it was) I will not be back if this is how they treat their customers. The new pizza they cooked looked better but was still slightly undercooked and he did ask if I was satisfied with it before I left to put that out there. I also ordered cheesy bread and it looked and tasted great. The issue is how they interacted with me. They were both very condescending and did not seem willing to want to fix their issue in a kind way.
The pizza was terrible and I don't plan on going back to that franchise.
Very nice people and food was great and didn't have long to wait.
Horrible service, resold our food because of some issue with DoorDash. We asked them to make it right and they offered us a 2 liter instead of cheese bread or some sort of financial compensation. 0/10 recommend.
