Ordered a large 2 topping pizza which was good. Toppings were generous. Service was fast. There are coupons on line for specials.

Usually I have no issies with Marcos but I purchased a pizza from them and dropped it by mistake in my car and they did nothing to accomodate us as customer to replace ir or give me my money back. I have had this happen at other pizza places and they replaced it with no problem. The fact I came back up there as well as my wife called you all and your general manager refused to even come to the phone is a total lack of customer service and is a bad look on your business. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They do not appreciate their customers.

Very sweet and courteous workers at this pizza location. Always has our pizza ready and asking if we need help. Pizza is normally perfect. Occasionally, we get a not so great cooked pizza, but this is not a huge issue....it is pizza, lol. Coupons are hit or miss here, but you get points with every order, which gives you money off a future order.

The crust was burnt and it was hard. My problem with him is even though I ordered Uber eat you are still responsible for fixing the food. You should make sure people food go out right and I’m usually a fan of Marco‘s pizza. I love that pizza but today y’all was pitiful

I guess they will hire anyone to run they establishment the one on warm springs road in Columbus are racist as can be I asked for my money back argued with the manager and one of the employees seems they only greet the whites not colored I will never as long as I live spend another penny at Marcos
Management is lazy. I've been ordering from them for years. Easily 1/3 of ALL orders are messed up in some way. They ALWAYS blame the 3rd party Apps. These apps are here to stay, learn to use them efficiently. If I order 3 salads and a pizza, and you have no lettuce, NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER! Obviously I would cancel the entire order if 75% is missing. Manager blames the 3rd party app, driver blames the restaurant. Nobody bothers to tell the customer. Figure it the F out clowns.
