I went to this location last night. Greg, the manager is a pitiful manger. I had to call the police due to them not wanting to fix a mistake that I made on an on line order. First call after the associate didn’t see my order(I guess it hadn’t come through yet,?) second call after I got the transaction number, she looked again and said it has already been put in the oven( they didn’t have time to make it that quick) and cannot be changed. Shame on chip Thomas for refusing to give a refund for having pubic hair in the pizza from university avenue in Columbus Georgia.

Terrible service save a couple of nice and helpful workers. Rude manager (female) - an updated app that is useless and never worked properly - pizzas that once were yummy and delicious were prepared sloppily and it showed.
I hope whomever owns this establishment gets involved and makes improvement- not holding my breath however because I stayed way longer than I should have giving them every chance to improve. For now I have switched to Papa John’s with great satisfaction.
