This facility is too small on a "free event" to have "reserve seating. They didn't advertise "you must reserve", for a seat in this small facility.

Very rude front door staff. I walked in, immediately received an emergency phone call 30 seconds after, needed to leave and they would not refund me the cover. Absolutely ridiculous. They got my $20 but it has cost them hundreds now from people I have told to never go there. Real geniuses
