McAlister’s is usually my go-to sandwich spot. Tonight I was highly disappointed. What I ordered is not what I received. I understand you were extremely busy but please slow down and give people what they pay for. My order was totally incorrect. I ordered a Rueben sandwich on white which consists of cornbeef but got something completely different.

Ordered a salad. Several pieces of the lettuce was bad! 🤮 Made the salad very watery. Then several workers were sweaty and wiping sweat from their foreheads with their hands. Never washed their hands before touching food, plates, etc. Not good.
Ordered online, went in to pick up food, order wasn't ready after 20 minutes, waited another 15 minutes, got back to work, sandwich was missing everything, soup was runny. Usually a great place to eat, not today.

Ordered the jalapeño turkey crunch. Had one jalapeño chip on each side of the sandwhich and one small wedge of avacado. All the meat on one side and barely any on the other. What a shame. Coming from Kansas where they deserve a 4.2 star rating. Mac n cheese was good though.

Stay Focused
First time visiting. Came on a Sunday afternoon. Atmosphere was great. Everyone was smiling. No line and no wait. I told the young lady it was our first time here. She said take your time. We ordered our food at 12:30. At 1 o'clock I asked how much longer, shortly after me asking, two of our orders came to the table, my veggie sandwich was good but the turkey melt was cold. The next plate came, it was wrong, had onions. After sending it back, I asked for my other order, now I'm waiting for two orders. After receiving all of our food at 1:15, I asked to speak to the manager and she refunded two of my meals. I really wanted to give a 5 star based on the atmosphere.

Placed an order using the app. I live 30 minutes from McAllisters, so plenty of time to get my order in and be ready by the time I get there, right? WRONG. When I arrived I got there told them my name and she said oh she's bagging the order. 33 minutes after being told that I'm walking out with my food finally. Total time 1 hour and 3 minutes for 2 sandwiches 2 potato salads and a salad.

This place is great and the team that was there today with Terrance did an awesome job, Bianca was also a great help to me by phone Had to order specific lunches for my job for 16 people and the employees did great. Food was excellent. I hope my employers called back to tip yall!! I did relay how great everyone was with the order!

The food here is usually good but today was not the day. My potato was good which is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. However, I ordered a chef salad and it was like a side salad. No eggs!!! I asked them to remove ham thinking I would get a little more turkey but that was not the case.
