Today, I had to pull up to the rail to wait for my food, but the food wasn’t even fresh when I got it. The last time I visited this location (less than 2 weeks ago), the food wasn’t fresh then either. I came for lunch both times after 1:30pm.
I have visited this location for 3 days now due to my job is down the street from this McDonald's. On my first visited watch was Friday Dec. 5 to get the Grinch Meal ... my fries was cold and old and my chicken nuggets were soggy..I just figured that it was close to closing and they were cleaning up that's why my food was like that. The next night on Dec. 6 my co worker and I went to get a McRibs Meal from the same location and they just gave us a regular bun and the fries was cold. Now on Dec. 7 i tried this McDonald's again and got a McRib meal and they gave me a regular bun again and my fries was somewhat warm. The problem is what im having with this McDonald's is they are never consistent it's like a hit or miss with them. In your order is never all the way right either your fries or cold or your sandwiches is made wrong.. it's always something.

Classic corpo wage slave environment. The customers who make a big deal about minor things (like one container of syrup) drains the hard workers of their nice personalities. They do make minor errors but usually are easily corrected, when ordering be very specific especially with the sides or else you'll receive a 50/50 chance of a pancake without syrup. The managers show the same competence and care as their associates. Perceive all workers the same there regardless of apperance.

I went through the drive-through at about 8:39 AM today and the lady who was working the second window was absolutely so rude. She handed me the wrong order and assumed it was mine, and then got pissed off when I told her that this was not the right order. She swore that I told her it was when I didn’t even have a chance to reply before she wanted me out of the window.
