I went through the drive-through at about 8:39 AM today and the lady who was working the second window was absolutely so rude. She handed me the wrong order and assumed it was mine, and then got pissed off when I told her that this was not the right order. She swore that I told her it was when I didn’t even have a chance to reply before she wanted me out of the window.

They have two rows to order food in. We sat for over 15 minutes saying hello? and being ignored. No car was in the left lane. Then someone would pull up and they’d take their order. Then they’d leave. We are still saying hello??? And being ignored. Next car pulls up. They take his order. I pull up to the window and was like are you guys hearing orders for the right lane? She’s like yes we’re short staffed. I’m like you guys aren’t going back and forth. Or responding even when no one is in left lane… she catches an attitude and is like “idgaf”. This location has zero professionalism. Go somewhere else.

I eat here at least three times a week while working in this area. If you bring any issues to their attention, the managers handle it extremely well and they're very polite. I always get a fresh quarter pounder every time I visit and I appreciate the staff very very much.

This one is very slow with getting out the orders. Every time I order iced coffee I’m asked to pull up and have waited up to 10 minutes to receive it. The last time I got one from here it wasn’t mixed well and I could feel the grit from the sugar in my mouth.
The young lady working the payments in the drive through was courteous and kind. I enjoyed my experience.

Went there this morning, the drive through was busy. The first lane, the cars were moving pretty fast. Unfortunately, I was in the second lane and whoever was taking orders in that lane would take an order and then wait a few minutes before taking another. There were 4-5 cars in the first lane going through for every car in the second. By the time I had placed my order, I had been in that line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me in my line. By the time I do finally got to the window to get my food, I waited almost 5 minutes before they came and asked me to pull into a parking spot. I had only ordered 2 breakfast meals and am not late for work. I asked how much longer it would be as I need to get to work, I don’t have time to wait much longer. I can just take a refund and be on my way. The super sweet lady in the drive thru asked some lady named Bianca how much longer I would be and this Bianca lady came out and started yelling at me and throwing her hands up. I’ve never had anything like this happen to me at a restaurant. I was not rude, and was ok with a refund as I didn’t have time to wait anymore. Because of this lady Bianca, I will never go back to this location which sucks because it is close to my work and I go there very often.

Like I’ve tried to give this McDonald’s a chance but I just had to realize this location just sucks! Like every single time I come to this location I’m always parked. No matter the time or day. Even when I order ahead. I get parked every single time and then wait for over 15 mins for fries but then I still receive cold fries and the food made wrong! Also why is the frappe machine always broke? Like every single morning the machine is broke, come to find out it’s not actually broken but the employees are just too lazy! & again today, frappe machine broke and missing food.
