It suck really bad ?

Visited this location during lunchtime with 2 children. The only positive... our food was hot and fresh. I ordered on the kiosk, and it came quickly.The tables were not clean. The manager and two employees were sitting at a high table in the middle, yet I had to clean my own table. While trying to enjoy my food, I had to listen to one employee cursing loudly because she thought her check was wrong. The manager never addressed the inappropriate behavior but instead continued in conversation about her hours worked. That bothered me more than the homeless guy watching us eat.

I pre-ordered a box of coffee and went to my parking spot to wait. The coffee never came. I waited 10 minutes. I went inside to see where my order was, and waited five more minutes. No one came to the counter. I could see in the back, no one was moving quickly. I couldn’t wait any longer and left.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes it good sometimes I just wonder. I just seen the worker making our drinks and her hands where dirty, when she was putting the lids on, the stain would stay on the lid and run down the cup. ?‍?maybe have a towel to dry your hands??

l ordered curbside pickup on the app and there were some connectivity issues by the time I had arrived at the store. My bank said that I had paid, but the store never got my order. A manager in training (Sonya, I think) came to help me. I ordered again and it went thru (I’ve paid twice at this point). She then tried to help me figure out how to get refunded payment. After a while we both gave up and l asked to just have the order remade since I had paid for it. She said she couldnt give refunds but would go ask the manager if it could be remade. She went inside but never came back. When I went inside after waiting for 30 minutes, she said to her coworkers when they called for her that she had told me theres nothing she could do. So she left me outside waiting with no intention to come back. Bianca, the store manager, came to the lobby to help me get in contact with someone who could help. That person, name unknown, informed me that the charge would drop from my bank statement within 5-15 days. Had Sonya not blatantly lied and hung me out to dry, I wouldn't be upset. She specifically told me she would go ask and that she would be right back.After 10 minutes of waiting I had a feeling she wouldnt come back bc she had asked me if I was really gonna go this far for a four dollar refund. Four dollars may not be much to a lot of people. But as I explained to her Im between jobs and only used the app bc l needed a deal. I hope when she does finish her training and manages another store in town that she doesnt make the same choices with the customer base there. That’s now how a manager should be. It’s wild she would even do that after she said she wanted to help to prevent me from making a bad review. Bffr. 2/5 stars only bc Bianca helped me get some real answers. So, thank you Bianca.

Check your food! This place is infested with rats and roaches. Was informed by a former employee that buns were still being used even though they had been eaten on by rodents!Check drinks also. Maggots in the ice cream dispenser...UGH!

Lady at the drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude. Had to repeat my order 4 times and she still got it wrong. Tried to call the store to talk to a manager about it but their phones disconnected

This location customer service has been better since I lasted visited 2 years ago. The only thing I don’t like and wish they’d adjust is the smoothie sizes. The medium is a small size.I ordered a Number one Big Mac meal with a medium Mango Pineapple smoothie.

01/09/24 went through the drive thru because I was just gettin off from work at the hospital…told the person on the speaker what I wanted and paid for my food with no problem with great customer services. Got to the second window and the whole mood change. They was very rude because I wanted light ice in my sweet tea.. the cashier (don’t know her name but it was a white lady) had got mad and said something to the manager (lady with dreads). As I’m waiting on my drink the manager is mugging me. I was not offer no type of jelly or anything… this has been one of the worst service I ever experience at this location
