Just saw a girl drop a piece of the salt shaker on the dirty floor and immediately start using it. It would take maybe 2 mins to wash and dry the piece but I guess they value expediency here over food safety. It’s disgusting.

I visit this store frequently and I notice their tends be some reccuring problems. First the restaurant cleanliness was discusting, order took 15+ minutes, and the order was messed up (forgot food item). Employees weren't moving with sence any purpose. Food tasted hot and fresh though.

My order was not correct. I had to request for napkins. When did napkins become a requested item? I ordered unsweetened tea and got sweet tea instead. The tea is awful!!! Look at the color, it's almost translucent. Sad sad excuse for what they're calling tea.

The manager needs to be fired I mean damn your employees can’t put in sauce this the second time this has happened and another they didn’t even put in a hamburger in the happy meal this is absolutely the worse place and I know it’s hard to find workers but jeez it’s not even busy right now and I can’t even get two sauces so therefore I’ll be taking my business somewhere else my money will be spent at your competitors

If this was my first experience I probably wouldn't do this, but since it's not my first one with this particular McDonald's location, I'm going to finally do it. I put this as a low rank because this is the second time I've gone there and they've not put something in my order that I pay for and clearly did not get, and this time it was apple pies, given Yeah, it's not much but still if I wanted to just give mcdonald's my money, I would just hand them my money and not expect anything in return, but that's not the case.I wanted my d*** pies.
