Customer service here is very poor! And they are very stingy with their barbecue sauce! I got a 10 piece and two kids meal nuggets and they gave me one barbecue sauce. I had to go back to ask for More after the lady told me everything was in the bag.

Went through the drive thru at 3. Had to pull up to wait for my food. Missing a 10 piece nugget and all the sauces. It’s always something with this location. They never can get it right! It’s annoying.

It always take them forever to give me my food.they are always telling me to pull up and have me wait for 20-30 on a sandwich.and my tea taste like water

I waited 35 minutes for my $5 meal that I put in through the app. The two boys on shift were locking each other out and playing way too much.

I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time because most of them you go in are dirty and food sucks. NOT THIS ONE clean and had a 100 score. The management was on top of orders and very nice.

If I could put no stars I would.Tell me how I get there and make a order at 10:43am and order myself and my family food and it's cold... mind you they don't start serving fries until 10:30am so there is no reason my fries are ice cold. I mean these things aren't even cooked all the way. My sons happy meal is cold chicken nuggets and fries. And my husband didn't even get his food because they didn't ring it up. They don't listen.. got up to the window to get the food notice it's not in the bag and not rang up. So we tell the lady and she like okay it will be x amount before taxes and he says is that for two I said I wanted two and she said no. At this point my husband is upset so he says never mind and leaves. I don't know who they have on staff but they seem very incapable of doing their jobs. This is unacceptable and should not have happened. Now I'm stuck with food I can't eat because it's not cooked properly.

Took 30 mins on a mobile order forgot about me went in waited another 10 mins just to get a burger that wasn’t even cooked all the way not the first time doing all the above terrible service angry folks and will be making a complaint to the health inspector about this also

I'm really not a McDonald's type of person anymore
Went to get me a Mc Rib but they were out of stock. 😢 So I got a Mc Double and Mc Chicken.. I enjoyed both.
