I ordered on the mobile app a 10 piece nugget meal with a coke. I ordered curbside pick up since this location is known for having the lobby locked at night and awkward drive through design. I arrived and the app told me to go to the front counter. Can’t do that the lobby is closed. So I wait in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. I finally get to the speaker I tell them I had a mobile order they holler just pull around. I get the bag and drive home just to open the bag to not even have the item I purchased. They did not check the name before handing the bag to me. The music from inside was so loud I could barely hear the girl. Very very in professional.

I came through the drive thru this morning, got to the window and was handed drinks and told to pull up and wait. I look at my frappe and it looked like they dropped it on the floor it was missing half the whip cream and there it was all over the outside of the cup. So I went inside to ask them to remake it and the lady with the red braids got mad and was yelling about fighting me while I’m standing there 7 months pregnant with my 9 year old child. Then they refused to give me my food, they let it sit there and get cold after me asking for it multiple times they kept saying it wasn’t mine until another worker walked up and grabbed it and handed it to me. Don’t come here unless you want drama and cold food cause that’s all you will get.

My order is almost always wrong when i go here. The service is terrible. Also heard they have an insect problem.. and that is unacceptable. it’s a health violation, safety issue at that. Also heard some employees are treated unfairly. Never coming back to this establishment.

So bad they don't even deserve a one star review. Managers do not have morals. Calling innocent children names and standing in the parking yelling at customers while they are supposed to be on the clock. Shaking my head for real. I guess that's why they work at McDonald's.

Lady at the drive thru was very rude for no reason at all. Said that I yelled at her through the microphone but no one even answered and my baby was crying in the back. How does a baby cry sound like I was "hollering" she seemed very ignorant and biggest attitude problem I ever encountered. She needs another job

The manager on duty tonight and the staff were amazing—kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. It was refreshing to experience such warm hospitality!
The food is okay and the Frappe's are good, but the reason for only 2 stars is due to how notoriously SLOW this location is. No matter what time I put a mobile order through, I end up waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru. Forget about picking up inside. I've waited 20+ minutes doing that before. Curbside is also a bit slower than drive thru, maybe even slower than picking up inside.
Management, please rectify this. If you fix this issue, not only will your ratings improve, I'm sure you'll add more reoccurring customers.
Dietary restrictions: I think it goes without saying, there are much better vegetarian options at other fast food restaurants.
Parking: Parking is NOT an issue here. There's plenty of angled parking spaces, which in my opinion are superior compared to regular parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: This location is kid friendly. No play place.
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair accessible.

Took 30 minutes to get 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. They kept giving the guy in front of me who already ordered my burger and I finally got an order that had one burger that I ordered and the other was the one that he ordered. He only wanted ketchup and cheese on his and I added Mc sauce to mine. I finally gave him the burger from my bag and he gave me one of the 3 he had on his table that he kept getting with Mc sauce
