The food is good, but why can't they have the breakfast menu on display when they open in the morning? Every time I go through the drive thru, it's always showing the burger and fries menu on display.

Is this the SLOWEST McDonald's in columbus? I live near by this one but rarely ever go anymore because the wait time is always so long. Save time and go to a different location in town, there's a million of them.

Bad customer service store manager wise alfredo and angie blue shirt workers. Mobile orders shouldn’t take 30 min after confirming order. fries and fish sandwich. then when i walk in to get my own order from waiting outside in the waiting area for 10 min no one even knew my food exists. well why pull me up then. When i receive my order i got half the order just TRASH.

Stay away or good luck getting food. You get to wait in the drive thru line with no communication for 10 min then get told they are backed up and it’s going to be even longer of a wait for everyone to get food because they are having to microwave it. This place knows how to not serve customers and is great at making you late while still not getting any food.

Went there this morning around 7:35 didn't get waited until 7:55. We're asking for someone to come to front counter this guy was very nasty. Managers and other guy was peeping around the corner. We didn't get help until young lady finally came to front counter. This McDonald's management needs to be fired ASAP. Because as a manager you so worry about the drive -thur you wasn't steadying front counter. I asked for extra jelly because manager only gave me two packs when I had six breakfast sandwiches. I will never go back to this one.
