Unfortunately, this location has awful food and service. McDonald’s main food item is their crispy, salty fries, yet if you order from here, your fries will be floppy and unsalted. They are often old and stale as well. This location has an abundance of complaints regarding the food, the workers, and the management. Corporate needs to come and take the sign away; maybe while job hunting, the workers here will figure their lives out. I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the other McDonald’s.

I tried to call this location back. I guess I should have used my context clues. No one there on a Friday night. I ordered through drive thru. The McRib meal, large fry, large DP. Ordered from this McDonald’s several times and each time they forget at least 50% of the order. Today they forgot THREE burgers A TEN PIECE NUGGET A FRY AND A DRINK. And as if to rub salt in the wound they gave us all the sauces besides the ones we asked for. Absolutely disgusting.
The food is good…always. It’s just I’ve went there for more than 10x and they don’t be putting the monopoly stickers on items that be on the monopoly menu And they always messing up. No matter how simple the order is.

It was horrible....I stood 32 mins in the lobby just waiting on my iced coffee. Workers were irritated and complaining and getting orders wrong not caring. I had to ask about my coffee several times then was handed the wrong coffee, then manager got mad I asked for a refund. I ended up canceling my order online and going to Dunkin donuts because that was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful
