I don't like anything at this restaurant. My grandson loves this place. I personally wouldn't eat the food even if its free.

My experience with mcdonald's is getting worse and worse every time I go there. The wait time is crazy. Long, just to get cold food.
This mcdonald's sucks. Today I ordered a large and what i got was a large fry container that was half full. Yall have to do better.

I have to give this morning crew on (10/17) their props... Everyone was nice polite and had a smile!!!! I'm not sure what happened, but my chicken biscuit was perfect (chicken juicy and biscuit soft)

I was not going to write a review, because I called and spoke with the previous manager to get my issue resolved. I ordered two happy meals and a caramel frappe. One of my happy meals I asked for no apples extra fries when I got home and opened the happy meal there was two carts of fries but only one carton had fries in it. I called the manager let her know what happened. She took my information down and said that she’ll reimburse me for a small fry. So I thought I had nothing to worry about.
But that was not the case.
I went Back to McDonald’s to order another happy meal for my daughter and claim my small fry. I let the person know at the speaker, That I was owed A small fry. The cashier gave me the happy meal, but I didn’t receive my small fry. I didn’t leave the drive-through window, but I informed the Cashier I was missing a small fry That I was old. I told the cashier of the manager who I spoke with, she called the manager over. The new manager told me that the old manager no longer works there and hasn’t Been working there for two weeks. The manager didn’t seem like she wanted to give me what I was owed, And had no customer service at all.
I wasn’t there to receive anything free, I was only there to get what I was owed. As a manager, I expected more professionalism, For a mistake that happened from one of their employees.
I’ll come get breakfast from this location every other day, and the customer service is way better in the mornings. I will never be back in the afternoons at this McDonald’s location.

They war rude. When they get the order wrong they act like they can not fix it. They did not give me a refund on the food I didn’t want.
