Visited on Sunday Feb 23rd around 130 pm. Both ladies at the windows had awesome customer service. I mobiled ordered 2 six piece nuggets and 2 drinks and them nuggets were hot and fresh! Good job McDonald's team!

Not the best McDonald's around, fries are rarely hot, and I encourage you to check your bag before leaving, they consistently miss items even when it isn't a busy day.

I ARRIVED ABOUT 7 PM. THERE WAS NO ONE WAITING TO ORDER. I STOOD THERE AND WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. A BLACK GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER MUST HAVE FIGURED I WANTED TO ORDER. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD BE WITH ME IN A MINUTE. I WAITED ANOTHER 5 MINUTES AND A LADY OVER NEAR THE PICKUP WINDOW ALSO TOLD ME THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE WITH ME. THREE YOUNG WHITE GIRLS CAME TO THE COUNTER AND THE BLACK GUY HELPED THEM ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. AT THAT TIME I DECIDED I WOULD GO ACROSS THE STREET TO BERGER KING. I AM A BLACK SENIOR CITIZEN WITH DARK SKIN. I THINK THAT IS WHY I WAS IGNORED. I WILL SAY THIS MUCH, I DO NOT LIVE FAR FROM THAT McDONALD'S BUT I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN IT AGAIN OR USE THE DRIVR THRU. THANK YOU FOR YOUR NON-SERVICE.

The lady in the window was extremely polite very professional, even though I had to change my order at the window and do an add-on she did it with ease. I got two steak egg and cheese bagels with the round eggs. I'm from Florida and these were by far the best ones I've eaten yet.

Horrible they had hair in the food and didn’t provide a receipt for the purchase and and advised that a receipt was needed for a refund but a credit card transaction and date stamp and time is a mf ain’t it please be for real start giving folks there receipts regardless if it’s someone under the age of 18 or not because your can’t do business like this this is the worst place to get food from and I get it fast food but when people like they job it’s genuine but can’t say this for this location I have reported more rude people working for this location then life tells you I think this location needs to be shut down and something needs to be built with better hospitality thanks

I went to this McDonalds a few days ago and tipped my driver thru person who was on the speaker (Raven )she was so patient and respectful, even asked me how my day was , called me love , and actually told me to have a nice day ! I know it’s not a lot but for this place it meant so much ! That’s the experience I look for when going here !
However I went back today and the person on the speaker was extremely rude and kept rushing my order ! Unfortunately that is the experience I have had coming here for over 2 years! They need to hire more “Ravens” , that girl made my experience one of the best !
Only giving it two stars because today’s visit was horrible!
